Taco Bell is pretty consistent with the quality of food. Can’t live without a couple of tacos or a Mexican pizza once in a while. I will say that the Taco Bell closest to me, I have to skip because the last couple of times we went in the food dripped with grease. That being said, I’ll drive out of my way for my guilty pleasure.

We were craving for tacos so we decided to stop by this Taco Bell. The place was pretty empty, except for one customer. There was no one at the counter to take our order. After a few minutes waiting, someone finally asked if we had put our order in. We didn’t know that we had to use a kiosk to put our order in. We finally did and after waiting a little more, we finally got our food. The food was good, but the service was not so good. The associates were not really friendly and some of the tables needed some cleaning.

Stopped by after work and was greeted by Alex in the drive thru! From the box to the window Alex was AMAZING and gave the best energy/service I’ve ever had in my life. Legit Alex’s #1 fan, we bonded over the Confetti Cookie freeze!!! We need more people like Alex. When I tell you I was having the worst day, but their energy completely turned my day around!!!!!!! Will be back for more freezes and hopefully Alex interactions lol

The employees here are kind and courteous. For a packed restaurant past midnight and a drive thru out to the road this crew was amazing. The food was executed well but the vibes and customer service was kicker! Awesome people!

Great service, above average food, very clean dining area. 10/10 also appreciated that the employees knew how to react to a service dog (ignored her completely) and didn’t fuss over her whatsoever. I know how hard it is to refrain from greeting such a cutie, and this team handled it perfectly.

We ordered 3 custom boxes and they managed to have mistakes in all 3 boxes.
We were about to leave when an employee ran out and had to get us back in and check if we had the correct items. We were apparently missing 2 items and received those.
Then we got home and an item in each box was wrong. We didnt get the soft shell replacements we ordered and the nachos + dip we upgraded to.
Furthermore the employee making and packing our order (and making the mistakes) seemed very unenthusiastic.

Stopped in the drive through on my lunch break and Alex jumped on that speaker box with the most amazing spirit! His spirit actually helped pump me up for the second half of my day. And the sweet tea was actually amazing!! Alex definitely earned those 5 stars!
