I can’t believe the negative experience I just had was at a Chick-fil-A. We pulled up and the line stopped moving. The two cars in front of us were stuck. The drive thru worker spoke a bit to the car in front but avoided eye contact with everyone else. A large line of cars had built up behind us. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the drive thru attendant spoke to the car in front of us, they pulled up, and she placed a cone in front of us without making eye contact. After 5 more minutes, with a long line of cars still behind us, she finally came over to say they were closed. She looked everywhere but at us and just wondered away, again. It’s Christmas Eve and it makes sense their hours are different than what’s posted. We didn’t mind that they were closed, but it was absolutely rude and ridiculous that she couldn’t be bothered to simply walk 5ft to our car and say “I’m sorry but we’re closed”. It was the weirdest and rudest service encounter I’ve ever had. Certainly not what anyone expects from Chick-fil-A. I guess we, and everyone else in line behind us, were undeserving of that simple courtesy. I will not go back to this location.

We love Chick-fil-A! I was excited this location was located at an intersection with a traffic light. Be mindful at the drive-thru as one lane is monitored and the other is for mobile orders. Customer service was stellar as always!

I had the chicken breakfast Burrito. It’s the best fast food burrito around. Packed with flavor. The service is always fast and friendly.

Y’all need to check your salads or something. Literally the only thing I ate yesterday was a market salad from this location: I was up all night vomiting. Didn’t think I could get food poisoning from a salad but here we are.

Drive through was hard to navigate from side road. Received the wrong items but food was good. For those with medical food needs defiently recommend checking the items before leaving the drive thru. Drive through staff were great!

This was the first freestanding Chik-fil-A I had ever been to 15-20 years ago. It used to be such a vibrant special place, with a large dining room and an outdoor kids play place. It was always crowded during typical busy times, but people were generally okay waiting because they enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere.
Then came the renovation. I think we were all excited to see what they were going to do to expand and improve the drive thru wait. Maybe even a two story building?
No, they made it a drive thru only location. We are no longer welcome inside. You can walk up to an outdoor window as if we are living in California, but don’t even think about asking to step in for some a/c. What’s worse they eliminated curbside ordering, and the drive thru is just as slow as ever. And since the reopen they have repeatedly messed up my order, which never seemed to happen before.
What a disappointing end to a good memory.

Order taker don’t listen and another clerk interferes with the order taker and cause confusion. My order was wrong. The prices are expensive to add tomatoes.

Actually the best Chick-fil-A I’ve been too. And I been all over the country. Fries were fresh and the chicken was huge. Idk what they are doing back there but dang. Place is run like a dag-on special military operation or something.
Ps:sign is faded power wash that thang

Usually not the kind of person to leave a review, but this is the 3rd time I’ve had a custom order and they just forgot one of the main parts of the order. This time it was the bacon, which I added extra bacon for another $1.20 and didn’t get it. This Chick-fil-A has really been going downhill lately.
