I ordered a salad through DoorDash. It was delivered with brown soggy lettuce. I received a refund from DoorDash and ordered another salad thinking that it would be fresher this time because it’s during peak lunch hours. Well, I was wrong and the second salad was just as nasty. I don’t know if this is fair to this location but I got a filet on my spicy delux sandwich that was maybe half chicken. I only ate the half that actually had chicken. I’m sure the location operator doesn’t control the product coming into their restaurant but my sandwhich and fries were so disappointing. Maybe anemic chicken is a recession indicator but I expect a lot better from americas best chicken sandwich.

Pulled through the drive thru and the guy came up to the window to take our order and took off if a fast walk so my husband drove along side of him and then the kid sped up and the whole time was giving him our order and the kid sped up again and reached the order window finally ,my husband was out of breath.

Went through the drive through today and ordered the same thing, repeated to me when I got my order that I got a large, get back to work and I have a medium. I’ve been to Chick-fil-A 100+ times and this was actually my only bad experience. Staff was rude when wondering how to order a family meal apparently you can only do it on the app. Then got home after 40 mins round trip to find that my husband sandwich was completely missing. They said if you can’t come back they’ll try to put the sandwich in your Chick-fil-A account and acted like they were doing us a favor but giving us a sandwich we already paid for?! Awful customer resolution. Extremely disappointed our experience at this location!!
