Honestly, it’s hard to beat their burgers and fries, seriously. The service is always so quick and the staff is incredibly friendly. It’s the perfect spot for a reliable and tasty meal. I never leave disappointed, that’s for sure.

After being out of state for a week, I finally made it to my car after a long day traveling through several airports. Exhausted, I thought grabbing a quick burger would be a great idea. I pulled into Whataburger at the Vance Jackson exit off 410. After waiting forever to order, I finally was able to make it to the window to pay. The attendant stuck a card reader out of the window and during my attempt to pay, the reader knocked my card out of my hand and onto the ground. Awkward to say the least. After opening the door and scraping my door on the building, I put the card on the rail while I pulled myself back in the car. The attendant handed me my card and receipt and smugly informed me that “we don’t touch cards”. Whatever. I then waited for a protracted amount of time to finally receive my order only to have another staff member come out and lecture me on “not throwing cards at them”. I don’t need this noise from ANYONE at Whataburger!!! Ever!! For someone to lie about my interaction at the checkout window is unacceptable. I threw my food away when I got home because I didn’t trust the staff not to have retaliated in some way for the way they were told I’d “behaved”.

Yesterday evening I went with my sister to buy dinner for the family and the burger was good but and the strips were good but when it came down to do a water it was burned and I only that the lettuce that was in there it was soggy. You can get severe food poison of that and then this morning I went to to wait because I needed to wait for the bank to open and I bought two apple pies and they were old when you bit in. It is like if you’re biting a rock and I didn’t return it because you know I didn’t want no problem. I will never go there or it made me feel like I will not go to Whataburger anytime soon chicken

I swung through the drive-thru, changed my order after they’d already given me the total (sorry ), and they still got everything perfect. The woman taking orders was so polite and had the sweetest smile, and the guy at the second window was just as cheerful. It might sound small, but seeing genuine smiles from fast-food workers honestly made my whole visit brighter.
And the food? Hot, fresh, and classic Whataburger delicious . Their onion rings? I could write love letters to those things.

The cleanest Whataburger location we have visited. Customer service was excellent. Very well spoken and courteous. The crew was a true reflection of the manager, very professional. We will definitely be back to this particular location.
Thank you W B crew.

I would have needed this whataburger, I heard the night manager yelling at an employee about her being on the flu and another employee being sick so the third kid had to pick up the pace. No face mask even though she’s talking about having influenza

Food at Whataburger is usually always great. I went here two days in a row and both times they got my order wrong. If you’re okay with bad service and you’re okay with them getting your orders wrong and waiting extra long go to this whataburger. The customer service has noticeably gone down since all they do now is hire kids that rarely care

I love whataburger!!! My 4 star is because on my #1 I ask for cheese and no mustard add mayo and most times they get it right, but it’s usually got cheese and mustard or no cheese and mustard etc….this is usually thru the drive thru but occasionally inside as well.

I’ve never had such a rude experience at a Whataburger before. Lauren, the one taking orders over the speaker, was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She couldn’t hear me, I couldn’t hear her, and instead of trying to fix the issue, she got irritated with me when I had to repeat myself several times.
I even tried to politely suggest that maybe her headset needed to be reset since it sounded muffled — instead of handling it like an adult, she snapped back and told me I should “get out of my truck and talk to her manager.”
So I did. I went inside, and of course, the manager was nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, she’s inside causing a scene and acting like I was the problem. The whole situation was embarrassing and completely unnecessary.
This is not the kind of person who should be representing Whataburger or our neighborhood location. She clearly doesn’t care about customer service, the customers themselves, or the reputation of the restaurant.
