Toscana is true Italy, not just an Italian restaurant
We ordered the prosciutto & spinach pizza, mushroom pasta, pasta with eggplant, caprese, fried calamari as an appetizer, and the limoncello cake for dessert — everything was absolutely delicious. The food has that real homemade Italian taste that’s hard to find.
The owners are real Italians, and the food is cooked by an Italian grandma — you can truly feel the love, tradition, and authenticity in every dish
The atmosphere is just as wonderful: soft lighting, calm music, and beautiful wall paintings create a cozy and elegant vibe.
A perfect place for a relaxed dinner or a special night out.
Highly recommend — we will definitely be back!

We found this GEM of a restaurant at the beach! The eggplant rollatini was wonderful two fat rolls oozing with ricotta and a side pasta. The chicken parm was great, Mediterranean salad a work of art, and my friend who’s husband makes risotto well said this one was delicious!!!!! The owner a true Nona, came out twice to check on us and we got a free anniversary tiramisu which was heavenly! True authentic Italian cuisine just simply well done. We’ve been telling our friends who go to NMB to go here.

The food was incredible! the sauce with the toasted raviolis was divine! my husband got the bolognese and this has become his new favorite! I got the Chicken Mediterranean and i was impressed! it was like a step up from a piccata. i would recommend this place to anyone in the area whether you like red sauce or cream sauce. 1st time eating at Toscana Italian Kitchen and it was absolutely great food and service. Great Italian music playing and loved the portable lights for the tables. So many great chicken options that it was hard to choose. The fried calamari was excellent as was the chicken Parmesan. The chicken parm had 2 big pieces of chicken and was so much food. Have lunch foe the next day!

Family owned and operated- AMAZING AUTHENTIC ITALIAN CUISINE! We ordered the Risotto with Alfredo and chicken, split a plate, and had so much left over for lunch the next day. It was delicious! This restaurant is spotless and beautifully decorated. Our server, Nakita, was very attentive and personable and made amazing recommendations.

My girlfriends and I came here for my friend’s 22nd birthday and it was 10/10!!! The restaurant is so beautiful and has a very intimate setting. We ordered multiple bottles of wine and it was DELICIOUS! The owner/chef came and touched our table with wonderful compliments. The staff came to sing happy birthday with a desert and Mama sent tiramisu.
Everything was amazing and I felt a little touch of Italy. Would absolutely come back with a group or with my boyfriend! We love Toscana ♥️

Such a beautiful restaurant with an Italian family restaurant atmosphere. The wines, espresso martini and caprese salad were so yummy but the Tuscan ravioli was to die for. Great happy hour on the bar and fabulous service.

I’ve known Vinny for about 20 years, I used to sell fresh seafood to him many years ago when I was a wholesaler. Had not been to this restaurant since he moved from Villa Toscana and I will tell you what it is absolutely fantastic. Bartender made an amazing chocolate martini for my wife, and we were very impressed by our waitress Elena. the calamari was cooked. Perfect very light breading fried to perfection. Of course Vinny’s mothers dipping oil for the bread is a game changer! I literally have to bring containers of this back to Charleston for my other family members. Veal Salam Lucca, And The chicken Alfredo. Risotto were both amazing. Recommend the tiramisu for dessert. Great restaurant can’t wait to come back again.

This was the best meal I had in Myrtle Beach hands down. Food was sooo good, and great prices for large portions!! Also fantastic service – Albina was our waitress and she was super sweet and attentive, gave great recommendations, and even took our picture. I had the lobster ravioli on her advice and it was delicious. Plus after so many fried food options it felt great to eat a salad.
