Im not one to complain, my drink was fine, however typical starbucks they were short staffed and it took no less than 45 minutes between when I walked in the door and when I got my 2 beverages. I understand the staff did what they could but 45 minutes for a walk-in customer is a bit excessive, especially considering I watched people walk in and out with their drinks several times before I got mine.

Really disappointed. The girl at the drive-through was so rude no customer service skills whatsoever. Just because you talk in a nice tone doesn’t mean you’re being nice. She really needs to learn how to be nicer to people. You really never know what somebody’s going through.

I really never do these things so bear with me. I like to order through the app for my wife sometimes when she’s on her way back from work. I ordered a drink for us and selected ‘Drive-thru” pickup. She got there about 5 minutes after I ordered it. NOBODY in the drive thru! She pulls up and says she’s picking up for us. The lady answered and said “Yeah.. that was like, just placed and there’s like, no way it’ll be ready by then.. would you mind coming in it would be greatly appreciated?” My wife is like, yeah sure no problem— but sorry, to me that makes no sense. Why even order on the app? Where’s the convenience in doing it that way? Might as well just ordered via drive thru.. if she just showed up to the drive thru and ordered regular they would have just made it for her and had it ready? So she goes in the store, there’s 2 people inside (customers sitting) so it’s not even like it’s busy. There’s 6 baristas on, and it’s not even like there were a bunch of pickup orders sitting there, place is literally dead. My wife thanked the barista when she grabbed the coffees and literally she didn’t even say anything back (you’re welcome… sorry for the inconvenience…)

The girl at the drive thru window just now was so sweet and patient and had a wonderful personality! The drink was fabulous and so were the egg bites! Would definitely stop at this location again!

Staff here are super friendly and there is a huge area to sit, work, or talk. Especially because they are open until 10, you will often see people filling tables doing work, hanging out, or just enjoying.
