It has been years since I’ve visited the Windsor inn. It went back to my bartending days over 20 years ago. The place had a new look and was not as inviting as it once was. The bartender, drinks was excellent and the music by DJ Reggie Kelly was off the chart he was my reason for visiting. Far as the food goes the crab cake picture was totally different from its contents, awful. I kept telling my friend the meat is tough. Once I got home later that evening and decided to reheat it I saw the reason why. Since it was broiled it looked as if it was cooked thoroughly. When I went to turn it over and heat it up in the air fryer is when I noticed it. After placing a picture on Facebook, the comments started rolling at that the place now has new owners and how the food isn’t what it used to be, especially the award-winning crab cake. When I dine I always choose places that sell crab cakes because I absolutely love them. I’ll just say I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever get another one of their crab cakes.

This was my 1st time visiting a restaurant and the food was spectacular, the music was good and atmosphere was amazing inside and out. Meeting the chef was amazing. Kudos!!! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. And all the food pics I upload i actually tasted it and it was delicious. Food included waffles, cheese eggs, lamb chops, Brussel sprouts were out of this world delicious, lemon garlic herb wings, catfish and grits, along with my alcoholic beverages and mimosas. Thank you for your service.

I was quite disappointed with the service during my visit. My server spent the entire meal having a casual lunch with another server, which was frustrating. There was another server who tried to help us get her attention, but he also seemed a bit irritated by her lack of attentiveness. While I appreciate a relaxed atmosphere and wasn’t in a hurry, the level of neglect was surprising. It was hard to overlook how casually my server was texting, chatting, and eating without checking on us at all.
The service was so poor that I would have preferred not to tip at all. Additionally the salt and pepper shakers were covered hair and dirt. However, a mandatory tip was added to my bill, which felt undeserved. Despite the service issues, I was happy with the food. The portion sizes were generous and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the stuffed salmon with a side of vegetables and bacon Brussels sprouts, while my friend had the fish and grits. Overall, the quality of the food was excellent, which is a silver lining, but the service definitely left much to be desired. I typically tip 25% for good service, but this experience did not even deserve a $5 tip on a $150 bill.
Also the women’s bathroom was disgusting.

I went here for karaoke night with a friend and it was a great time. The shrimp and fish tacos were really good and the drinks were good too. The female bartender was very nice and personable.

Had to catch up with my friends since childhood for some serious giggling, boozy drinks, face-stuffing foods and a lil booty shaking. We had a ridiculously uplifting time! It was a total blast ladies. I look forward to more shenanigans soon The Windsor ROCK!

It’s been a while since I been here but tonight I stepped out and checked them out. The food was delicious it was Karaoke night on a Tuesday it was cool. It was a mixed crowd, the drinks and service was excellent. I sat at the bar I didn’t get the bartender name (lightskin, kinda thick, medium height, pretty hair) was very professional and friendly . She was very attentive to my needs as well as the needs of the other patrons. Being a former bartender myself I can appreciate her quality of service.

I have been to the Windsor so many times. I live up the street and over the years it has changed very much. I love the atmosphere now. It gives black sports bar. The only caveat is the Service can be really slow. The waiters have great personalities, but tend to be all over the place. The energy in there watching a football game is phenomenal. Unintentionally it has kinda become a routine to go there and watch the games. The food is good quality. I have had a mirage of food from there. My obsession right now is the cheesesteak. It is the most delicious cheesesteak and for no more than $10 when you dine in. I always see the crabs too. They may be expensive, but they are big looking and from what I’ve seen quite meaty. Windsor also added a beautiful outside section for you to sit and eat or smoke. Windsor is my go to bar. They have specials every day of the week and their drinks will put you on your butt. You had a rough day, need a drink, pull up to Windsor. Their drinks are not for the weak so be warned. I added some videos below of the sports atmosphere.

Came to brunch at The Windsor Inn to support @Chefdreddcloud’s brunch and watch the game. Tarsha was our bartender and she was AMAZING — so attentive, pleasant, and her customer service was truly refreshing.
After taking my order, she noticed I couldn’t hear her clearly and kindly asked if the music was too loud (which it definitely was). She immediately asked the DJ to turn it down a notch, and I really appreciated that because I had to ask her several times to repeat herself.
The food was top tier!
The bacon honey Brussels sprouts were the perfect balance of sweet and savory — absolutely delicious.

Nice atmosphere, great music, tons of TVs. It’s pretty big on the inside. Went here this past Tuesday evening with a friend. The peach sangria was sooooo good. We ordered a bunch of appetizers: cheesesteak eggrolls, Mexican egg roll, fries, wings, and boneless wings. My wings were horrible. They were fried too hard, still had tons of hair on it, and were burnt. Could barely eat them. The rest of the food was good. Cheesesteak eggrolls could’ve been better as well. Service was great though. Definitely going to go back. It’s a nice place to let your hair down. The food comes out quickly. Parking available on the side.
