I’ve been coming here consistently every week, because they gave several healthy options. Each night a large group has walked in, and they had one person working the register while others are in the back laughing and having a good time. There are twenty people standing in line, and no urgency to get folks seated. I witnessed a woman wait 10 mins for a cup of ice cream. This Chick Fil A is one of the worst operated ones I’ve ever seen. Speed of service- none.

I stopped in while traveling. The restaurant was clean ans well maintained. I ordered my meal ans was created by the nicest guy. He could tell I was tired since I had been driving all day. He took my order and got my food quickly so I could eat and get back on the road.

The food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was great. The customer service was definitely a 1 star, the worker Maddie was very rude because I was trying to tell her what meal I wanted and she stopped me mid sentence and said “NAME PLEASE” in a very very rude way. Chick-fil-A always seems busy, but that’s not a bad thing, because the cooks and servers are at the top of their game. The line may be long, but the service is fast and the most accurate in town. The food is consistently good; you don’t have to be concerned that the cook is having an “off” day. Family friendly!

They gave us chicken nuggets instead of tenders like we asked, but it was still tasty. They also gave me the prettiest ice cream cone, and a Chick-fil-A “eat mor chikin” cow with our kids meal. Delicious! We just should have checked our bags more carefully.

I came in here just needing a quick lunch, and they delivered as always. Mr. David greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered. He was very polite, friendly, and conversational, the perfect person to be upfront. Many places have zero customer service nowadays, but not this place. They blew it out of the water. Good job, y’all. Keep up the great work. I’ll definitely stop back by when I’m in the area, even though I live in Pembroke.

This the third time I have been to chic fil-a and the service have been horrible. Get to my food , my fries was semi cold and I was suppose to have strawberry lemonade in both cups, I was charged .80 for it , that’s what I expect , she told me it was at the bottom , if it’s strawberry lemonade why isn’t it everywhere? So I don’t recommend a quick lunch or dinner here! Too many kids work here and the service and quality of your service is rushed! Won’t be coming back to this Chick-fil-A !!!!
