We went here to get a Chicken tender wrap and it had a third of a chicken tender in it and ranch only… That’s psychotic… They forgot half the ingredients and the chicken in it is barely qualified as a chicken nugget, which is crazy

The Hardee’s I grew up with is non-existent. Why is it so bad. I have tried multiple times to give them chances to get their stuff together. Biscuits are usually raw and greasy. They need to work on quality, customer service, and cleanliness, instead of worrying about changing their name to Carl’s Jr, it’s not going to help until you fix the problems you have now. For the workers they look miserable, the restaurant is dirty. Food is way below standards. It’s sad to see Hardee’s now compared to 30, 20, even 10 years ago. Very sad that there is no pride or customer appreciation at all three locations in Christiansburg.

General manager (black man wearing purple polo shirt) that was running the store should find another job. They managed to mess up our order, refund us incorrectly, and have soggy food all around. Would not recommend this place even if the food was free.

This place is a wreck!! Floors, counters, tables, everything was dirty!!! The people there are not just rude to customers but they were also rude to their own coworkers!! Took 10 minutes waiting at the counter for anyone to even come over to us! The drive-thru was being prioritized over the lobby, even when there were more people waiting in the line… A drive thru worker was asking for help from a specific worker, and she was completely ignored.. Hardee’s in general is just falling apart these days! I can’t believe the employees they have were even hired! Do better?
