We popped in for a quick brunch before our running around for the day and had another great experience! We love The Rail! The atmosphere is laid back, and the food and drinks are always consistently good. We started off with a Grapefruit Paloma and an Ohio Iced Coffee, then had the Sweet Potato Hash and The Standard for brunch. Everything was delicious! We’ll definitely be back again.

Service was without a doubt 5 stars We waited for nothing. We didn’t ask for anything twice. Honestly, I’m not sure if we asked for anything at all. She was so attentive that she fulfilled needs without being asked to do so.
The appetizers were good, nice, hot, and timely. The apps were chicken nachos and mozzarella sticks The entrees were good except all fries were lukewarm at best. Literally the only thing wrong with this outing.
The atmosphere was cool. They were busy and a bit crowded but it didn’t hinder anything except the fries lol.

This is one of my husbands and I’s favorite places to go to eat for date night. We know we can go there and enjoy a delicious dinner and enjoy our time there. The waiters are always on top of things and work hard to make sure everything is right. The managers go around and check on the tables too. I love that they go above and beyond. The food is great too!

I like the industrial atmosphere inside of the place. My wife and I both got walleye fish frys. They were $20 a piece and maybe I’m spoiled because I’m from the Milwaukee area, but the three midsize pieces of walleye really didn’t cut it. There could have been at least one more piece. I felt like I paid $5 for fish and 15 for french fries The waitress was attentive and pleasant.

Was recommended to try the Rail by a coworker. Seated promptly, but took quite awhile to get drink order, by then we knew what we wanted. Food wait time was pretty fast. Fry portion was excellent, except they weren’t very hot. Got the blue cheese burger, no juice at all, it had a horseradish aioli, which overpowered every bite of the sandwich. Waited quite awhile for a refill so I could finish he burger as the horseradish was hot. The girlfriends burger was mediocre at best as well, but she was pleasantly surprised at the size and taste of the Caesar salad. Unfortunately not a home run for us.

Burger was not juicy , I had better burger at Red Robin, im not looking for free food, I gladly pay for a good burger, staff was correcting me on what I ordered, no explanation of anything, basically what do you want to eat. Folks your better off at Apple bees, and I dont like that either, but same quality. I will never go back, you can bank on that, , never the less, I got Railed!!!!

Ordered the southern fried chicken “strips”. I’ve never wasted so much money in my life on a chicken strip that was clearly a chicken breast cut into the tiniest chunk possible, breaded poorly, and fried. Save your money and go to Cane’s where you’ll save $10 and get more chicken.

1st time here, and the food was amazingly delicious , I had the chicken tenders came with fries and coleslaw plus 4 different sauces and ketchup.. This place has to one of my favorite now. My wife had the BBQ chicken salad and I’m not a big salad eater but there’s was one of the best I’ve had. And Paul was our server at the bar, stand up guy very kind and was on top of everything!! Thanks we’ll be back…
