Visited P.F. Chang’s after quite some time, especially since so many new restaurants have opened in the area. It was great to be back and the food and service were just as wonderful as we remembered.
We started with a couple of new drinks along with our favorite lettuce wraps, which are always a must. Every dish we ordered was delicious and full of flavor.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we are definitely looking forward to visiting again.

Excellent location and good ambience. We liked the Chang’s chicken lettuce wrap and Spicy chicken. The kung pao chicken and Singapore noodles were average

We had a Father’s Day lunch at P.F. Chang’s, but it didn’t quite live up to our expectations. The appetizers were the highlight—the chicken lettuce wraps were fresh and flavorful, and the dumplings had a nice spicy kick. They came out hot and well-seasoned, setting a good tone for the start of the meal.

I ordered the lunch special with egg drop soup, fried rice, and orange chicken. The soup was delicious, and the rice was decent, but the orange chicken was unexpectedly spicy—even though I didn’t order the spicy version. The sauce had a strange tangy flavor, and the orange slices mixed in didn’t quite work. My mom had the crispy honey chicken, which lacked flavor, and my dad ordered the beef with broccoli, but the sauce was too overpowering and clashed with the fried rice. We also tried the Singapore noodles, but the strong curry flavor wasn’t enjoyable.

Service started off great—Richard was friendly and checked on us early in the meal. But later on, he became noticeably less attentive. The restaurant wasn’t that busy, so it was surprising, though we did notice he might’ve also been covering the bar. Still, with the light crowd, it felt like the attentiveness could’ve been better.

Overall, the appetizers were solid, but the main dishes left us a bit disappointed.

Food here was awesome as usual. I love the hot and sour soup, as well as the pork dumplings. Out of the orange chicken, firecracker shrimp, and Mongolian beef, I prefer the Mongolian beef. Parker was an excellent server providing us information about the drinks, appetizers, and certain deals. I absolutely recommend coming here, it did not disappoint!

I recently visited P.F. Chang’s at Grandscape in The Colony and had a wonderful dining experience.
The ambiance of the restaurant is modern, stylish, and perfect for both casual dining and special occasions.
I started my meal with their famous Dynamite Shrimp, and it completely lived up to the hype—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with a kick of spice.
For my entrée, I tried the Pepper Chicken, which had a bold and spicy flavor profile that really stood out.
The chicken was tender, the sauce had depth, and the heat was just enough to satisfy spice lovers without being overwhelming.
I also got to try their Chef’s Feast dinner menu, which is a fantastic deal for a full 3-course meal.
The soup and salad options were fresh and light, making a nice start before the main entrée.
The appetizer selections like crispy green beans and lettuce wraps are highly recommended and great for sharing.
Among the premium entrées, I would suggest trying the Crispy Honey Shrimp and the Mongolian Beef, which are both customer favorites.
If you like noodles, the Signature Lo Mein and Pad Thai looked like great choices from the menu.
The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and quick to recommend dishes based on our preferences.
The portion sizes were generous, making it perfect for family-style sharing.
The non-alcoholic refreshers like the Strawberry Cucumber Limeade and Peach Boba Breeze are refreshing alternatives to cocktails.
For those who enjoy cocktails, the Rising Dragon Margarita and Cherry Blossom Martini sounded very tempting.
The restaurant also offers several vegetarian options such as Buddha’s Feast and Ma Po Tofu, which makes it inclusive for different dietary needs.
I appreciated that they clearly mark gluten-free options on the menu.
The plating and presentation of each dish were elegant, adding to the overall dining experience.
The location at Grandscape is lively, and the restaurant fits in well with the vibrant atmosphere of the area.
Overall, P.F. Chang’s delivered a perfect mix of bold Asian flavors, attentive service, and a comfortable dining environment.
I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for flavorful Asian cuisine in The Colony.

We made a 5:00 pm reservation and arrived early at 4:45. We waited patiently until 5:00, only to watch another family of the same size arrive and be seated within two minutes before us. When we asked about it, the hostess who checked us in seemed confused herself. The other hostess, when politely questioned, became visibly irritated and offered us three options in a dismissive tone: “sit and wait longer,” “eat at the bar,” or “talk to the manager.” There was no explanation as to why the other party was seated first and no attempt to resolve it.

I chose to speak with the manager. To his credit, he came out quickly, listened, and found us a table almost immediately, making it clear that seating us was absolutely possible. He asked the hostess to seat us, and she responded loudly, “I’m not seating them,” as though we had been rude or unreasonable. We had not. We remained calm throughout.

That kind of front of house behavior is unacceptable. Guests should not be made to feel like a burden for simply expecting their reservation to be honored.

The only reason this review is not lower is Miranda, our server. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. She single handedly salvaged the evening and deserves recognition.

Management should seriously address the attitude and professionalism at the host stand. A reservation should mean something, and basic courtesy should not be optional.

Gross inefficiency.
Food was fancy pei wei.
The service was TERRIBLE. If you’re going to come here on new years, or any other holiday probably, I would hedge your bets and place another reservation elsewhere so that way when this poorly managed restaurant makes you wait for more than an hour you can leave and go to the other one!
As for atmosphere, having tables openly next to the incredulous line, as well as more than 30 people lingering around the restaurant, is definitely not a vibe.

In their greedy attempt to make more money the managers of this place decided to screw over their customers on NYE.

(Edit)
After being here for more than two hours now, just some little thing I’ve noticed:
– managers refuse to apologize and claimed that this is just “how it is on NYE”, umm I don’t think any decent manager would claim that terrible service for their customers is EVER normal
– open tables left open for MORE THAN 15 MINUTES meanwhile you have people desperate to fit inside the damn door, HOW DO YOU LET THIS HAPPEN JUST SEAT THEM
– the bar got more priority from staff than the people who actually came with reservations
– host stand practically just stood there lying to everyone’s faces about the wait times.

Definitely never coming back, but maybe on a cool weekday afternoon this place might be the spot ‍♂️
