Went through the drive up ordered a shake and large fries.I ask them to make sure they were fresh. I got fries that were sitting for awhile. I did not go back. Because I was so mad. If they can’t understand that I’m paying for service and fresh food. I will not go back. Even though it’s right by my house. Not happy!

Used to be my go to fast food spot in the area. Today I was charged just over $2 for 4 tiny sauce packets to go with my fries. I’ve been going to Wendy’s for years including this location and others and have never been charged for sauce let alone .50 cents a cup which are tiny. I’ll be going elsewhere for fast food in the future. Terrible service and wasn’t even given a receipt for the sauce I paid for which is highly suspicious to me.

The manager or the guy in charge at this time was super rude doesn’t have basic manners and was putting a worker down for not knowing how to run everything on the cashier… not cool people are learning we don’t need a short tempered person in charge

Horrible service experience with a late night uber delivery. I pulled up to the window and the employees saw me. They refused to open the window to talk to me to see what order I had to pickup. Another customer pulled up behind me and when they finally opened with window with the other customers order who arrived to the restaurant after I pulled up. They obviously were not prepared with the Uber Eats order. And we’re actually quite rude when talking to me at the window.

I have gotten food from this wendys three separate times, each time the order had been messed up in some way. Today was the last time, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese english muffin, I got a croissant honey chicken, not even close to what I ordered. If I want wendys ever again im going to drive the mile and half to a different one. Don’t go to this wendys unless you want something you didn’t order.

Got a Cesar salad from here today. There was mold all on the cheese. The manager tried to tell me that was impossible and I showed him. He offered me a refund or new salad, not both (not great customer service). Even though I had to drive back because of their mistake, and a gross one at that. I took a new salad because it’s obviously my lunch. They get them all from a fridge, so premade. Who knows how long they sit in there. They have no “made on” dates on them.

What a joke. They always screw up your order and now they’re charging $0.30 per sauce. You order a 20 peice nugget the lady says you get 2 sauces and anything more cost money. Who uses 2 sauces for 20 nuggets. AVOID

Cool atmosphere for a relaxing break from a hot day, they’ve always been super friendly to me, letting me charge my phone as needed. They offer an outlet to plug into at every single booth. This is why I rate 5 of 5 stars. Hands down best fast food experience ever!
