My family & I had an awesome experience at Denny’s in Longview Texas. Our server Jermichea was fast, respectful & ligit smart about job. He broke down the menu & specialty items when asked. Even kept our glasses full. & the manager Rickey was incredible. Saw him multi tasking & coordinate staff & customers like a pro. Not sure how much they are getting paid but it’s not enough. Ms Monica (as always) was very professional, courteous and super friendly. I see why she’s the General Manager. She always know what I want. My visit is always a to-go order and I’m gone in literally 7-8 minutes. My visit was awesome. I would drive there even if they relocated to Shreveport.

Absolutely amazing food and service. This is definitely not a boost review. We were traveling from New Orleans back to Whitehouse, TX and stopped for dinner. Phenomenal service, hospitality, and the food was amazing, and good coffee. The restaurant/bathrooms was clean and orderly!

The foods presentation was pleasant but everything was extremely oily and my guest food had a burnt taste as though the grease was old…she didn’t even eat much of her food. The waitress said that she was new and you could definitely tell as well as most of the staff. Kiddos eat FREE on Tuesday 4pm until closing with an adult entrée. No one was visiting during the time we arrived. Everything was decent. My kiddos didn’t complain. Their meals was taken off but not the drinks. Spent $20.20.

Before coming to this place, I carefully read the reviews. They were positive, but after trying their food, I realized they were writing their own good reviews. The food is crap. When I tried the steak, I almost threw up. Apparently, it wasn’t the freshest; the meat was tough. The home-style fries looked really bad; they were almost black from being overcooked and covered in oil. I don’t recommend this place. I advise the owner of this cafe to replace the kitchen staff, because I’m sure they don’t know how to cook, and based on how my food was prepared, I can conclude that the kitchen is unsanitary.
