My curbside mobile order included a happy meal for my daughter, I double checked my receipt on the bag and in the app, it was on there. I called the store and it immediately went to voicemail. I drove back and the doors were locked and again no one answered the phone. The only way to speak to an employee was to wait in the full on both sides drive thru. Even the mobile app said to contact the store to resolve the issue with no proper way to speak to an employee. Yall need to get your shit together.

I walked in there and tried to place an order but one of the employees said I couldn’t place and order in-store and had to place it through the app, well I didn’t have the app so I tried to go through the drive through and he told me the same thing. So this other guy walks into the McDonald’s and tries to place an order but the employee tell the customer the same thing he told me and the customer asks “If you can’t take orders why are you cooking food?” Which was a good point but the employees response is “I’m not going back and forth with you” and then the employee goes onto ignore the customer. A very unpleasant experience.

I am writing to formally report a serious and concerning food safety and employee conduct issue that occurred at a McDonald’s location I visited on January 10th at approximately 12:39 a.m.

Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that the food quality was unacceptable. The fries were cold, and the chicken nuggets appeared to have been held for an extended period of time. I remained at the drive-thru window and advised the employees working at the time of the issue. During this interaction, a male employee physically handled both the fries and nuggets with his bare hands to check their quality and stated that fresh replacements would be prepared. A female employee was also present, though I did not have direct interaction with her.

I was instructed to pull forward to an additional window and waited approximately five minutes. When the food was returned, it initially appeared hot. However, upon arriving home and opening the bag, it became evident that the same food had been reintroduced into the fryer rather than freshly prepared. The nuggets were excessively greasy and unchanged in appearance, indicating they had been reheated rather than replaced.

I immediately contacted the store and spoke with the night shift supervisor, who was very apologetic throughout the interaction and assured me the issue would be escalated to the General Manager. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to address the matter.

During the call, I could hear both a young woman and a young man in the background. The young man who appeared to be in his twenties and had an afro hairstyle was the same employee who mishandled the food and was heard stating, “How did he know?” This response was unprofessional and concerning given the seriousness of the food safety issue.

This situation raises significant food safety and sanitation concerns. Food that had already been handled by both the employee and myself was placed back into the fryer, creating a potential contamination risk to the cooking oil, equipment, and other customers. Given this risk, the fryer grease should be changed before serving morning customers to ensure food safety.

This conduct reflects a failure in proper food-handling procedures, employee training, and management oversight.

I will be escalating this matter to corporate, as I believe it warrants immediate review and corrective action. Please advise on the appropriate corporate or HR contact so this issue can be formally documented and investigated.

I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I am available to provide additional details if required.

I normally like going to McDonald’s but recently the food and service has been terrible. In the past, I would always see a manager running things and everything was great. Last night I went through the drive through and when I went to the window to get my food, the girl working the window never said anything. I asked her for some ketchup and she closed the window and walked away. The food was cold and overcooked. Horrible experience.

Went through the drive through, ended up forgetting 2 mcchickens and a medium fry that came with my combo. Had to go inside and ask for a fry and order two mcchickens. There is no reason why 2 mcchickens should take 20 minutes. Whole crew kept chitchatting and I seen one of them pick a napkin from the floor and not wash their hands. Absolutely disgusting. Fire the 8pm crew except the young black male who gave me my fries in an instant. It wasn’t even busy there was no one in the line or in the building so I don’t understand why it took so long. Thu Dec 11, 2025 9:08 pm. (1) I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac Meal. When asked for my drink choice, I asked if they had lemonade and I was told yes. It was not until I got home and looked at my receipt that the lemonade was considered an upcharge and I was not told this when I ordered.
(2) The lady that took my order was not the person who should have been greeting and taking orders. You can tell she didn’t want to be there and her voice indicated so. When I got to the window to pay I told the gentleman that I was not pleased with her greeting and he said that they were working on it. So he knew.
(3) I got home and ate my meal and it was not hot. I live less than a mile from the McDonald’s I went to. The meat didn’t taste right, I ate part of it and gave the rest to the dog. Two hours later I was throwing it back up, but the dog was okay.
I don’t go to McDonald’s often and really I can’t recall the last time I went but I won’t be going again.

I think this is about the best one around in tha area. Food seems to be usually hot and fresh along with having about the best customer service. It’s always clean as well.
