Don’t come here unless you have an hour and a half to spare for lunch. The place was at 60% capacity, our bloomin onion came out burned and only half battered, and I’m writing this after being here an hour and still don’t have my entree. It’s just another paducah chain restaurant going downhill. If it keeps going like this their fate is going to be the same as Cheddars. Good franchise, business model, and food but lacks good management.

Edit: Uploaded a pic now. Broccoli was bad. It was brown and tasted sour. If you want a steak go to longhorn ot texas roadhouse because this was the worst filet mignon I’ve had at a “steakhouse”. My sweet potato was good though. This place is overpriced for the quality. You can also support local restaurants downtown that have quality food instead of here. Also, they knew we weren’t happy and didn’t do anything to try and resolve the issue is why they are getting a review.

I stop here on my way thru town every time. Tonight was no exception. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is always good. Tonight was a bit different. The restaurant was open, and yet not a single customer was in there being the day before Thanksgiving and late in the evening. They served me with a smile and a welcoming attitude. Great attitude, excellent service, and delicious food (that I took to go!). As someone who travels constantly, having a reliable restaurant experience every time is rare. Outback Paducah delivers every time!

Very Good.. I love their potatoe soup, ceasar salad, brownies with vanilla ice cream on top and that is gluten free.. I like these because it’s not so sweet. The soup is not so salty, and I love it.. I like their barbeque sauce as well, I Love how they seasoned it… The atmosphere inside,was great.

Came here for Valentines Day. We ordered Ribeye and New York strip steaks. Ordered the steaks medium and they come out med rare. Had them put steak back on the grill and it came out the same. We just went with it and didnt send it back another time. My steak was pretty food except for that there was a hair on it and I couldnt finish the last part of it.

Overall the service and atmosphere was good. Wish the food was a bit better. Especially for the price we pay these days. We were not ordered a comped meal, discount, or anything.

Good time! Classic outback experience. The manger was welcoming! Blooming onion was good. One of the steaks was cooked perfect; the other as a little over cooked. Food can be a little over seasoned. Bread was warm and delicious. The bowl of mushroom were also very good. Service was good; a couple small things but they were good people.

The food and service here were great. They were super busy the night we came in but our waiter was patient and kind. Our drinks stayed full and all the food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back.

Went for lunch and had the most amazing service from the young lady that was our server. The place was busy and thinking that it would be a wait for our appetizers and was amazed at the quickness it was brought to us and was excellent then our meals came with no wait time and was cooked to perfection and delicious. The servers were just amazing, courteous and went out of there way to make sure we had anything we needed. I was so impressed by the service we received, we eat out alot and this place has the best service of any other restaurant in Paducah hands down I can’t thank the staff enough for making our family outing so enjoyable

Waiting an hour and a half for a burger only for it to come out wrong, then be told it will be made on the fly so it would be asap. 25 mimutes later still no burger. Only good part of this is i didnt have to pay for the burger, that i never recoeved by the time i left, still had to pay for the drink which never got refilled. Witnessed 2 other tables come in an hour after me recieve their burgers before my only and only wrong burger arrived. Also worth mentioned i stated i was allergic to cheese and it was the one thing i didnt want, and it was the only thing that came out on the burger.

We waited 45 mins after our reservation time to be seated. We were there an hour and still hadn’t gotten our food so we had to get it to go so we didnt miss massages we had scheduled. Spoke with the manager and she said that reservations didn’t mean you wouldn’t habe to wait. Long story short… we had to get our food to go. We got back to our room ready to eat to find out my salad had no dressing and the noodles in the Alfredo weren’t even cooked all the way. Tobsay it was a disappointment was an understatement
