Ordered two double burgers (No Onions) and guess what was on both… yes absolutely had Onions. The chicken nuggets was cold and the fries sat under heat lamp for 10 mins going limp. I gave 3 stars because the manager or assistant manager came out to get another employee which wanted to leave at 5pm and still sat at table complaining to her friend so that was interesting.

Ordered two double cheese burgers, med. Fry, and large coke. Fries were good and fresh, coke was good, but the meat on the cheeseburgers was dry and cold. I could have found fresher meat on roadkill.
Totally worthless burgers. Cheese not melted, and just terrible.
I know the Loves is being remodeled, but that’s no excuse for your food not to be fresh and at least warm.

They are doing a renovation so they only have trailers for fuel diesel but this McDonald’s. Got to give them a 1 star. I specifically asked for fresh food. Before I ordered I sat there for 20 min listening to the alarms go off for them to take out the old food put it in thethe waste and make fresh food. I finally order my food and ask for fresh food with no rush. They still gave me old food.

Picked up lunch from here today and both our burgers were dangerously undercooked. We had to put them in the microwave to make them safe to eat. I tried twice to call but no one ever answered the phone. Sometimes you should really answer the phone guys, someone might be trying to tell you something important.

This is the worst McDonald’s I think I’ve ever been to. Idk If the management is horrible or what but their drive thru waits are always at least 10 minutes or the drive thru is not open at all and you have to go inside. And it been like this for at least a year. The management here needs a serious overhaul. I live pretty far out and this is the closest quick meal place and it’s never a “quick” meal.

Management here is terrible. I tried to place a delivery order on Uber Eats, DoorDash, and the McDonald’s app and they’d cancel it on their end the entire time and I eventually came to the restaurant and when I asked about that their response was, “We got enough work around here.” Not to mention by 8 o clock they put cones out in front of the drive thru in hopes you won’t order.

This has got to be the slowest fast food drive thru I have EVER used. And it’s not just an occasional thing, been here numerous times and it’s the same. Food takes forever regardless of how busy they are. I have been waiting for over 30 minutes and if I didn’t have my hungry children with me waiting on food I’d tell them to cancel my order and refund my money. Its ridiculous. If you can go literally anywhere else I’d recommend it.
