They did an excellent job. The service was excellent and everyone we spoke to was pleasant and kind. The food was just as good as you get anywhere else which is exactly what we are looking for. The neighborhood’s a little rough, but this McDonald’s did a great job on our food.

OMG this is the best MacDonalds in Miami I swear!!! The food is always fresh and ready in 2 or 3 minutes clean dining area, the customer serves is a 12 out of 10. Seriously is a joy to dine in here.

I visited the McDonald’s at NW 95th street and NW 7th avenue on 2/15 at 12:47 pm and spent approximately $20 on a dine-in meal. The manager was dismissive and stated that only one free refill was allowed, which contradicts McDonald’s typical dine-in refill policy unless clearly posted otherwise. The interaction felt rude and unprofessional. I try to be empathetic to service workers, but this experience was unnecessarily unpleasant and discourages me from returning. I’m requesting follow-up and clarification of store policy and customer service expectations.

Super bad, the people on the drive thru they took forever, I waited in line for 25 mins, and they didnt even took my order right, super bad customer service i asked for then to fix my order and they wanted me to do the line again! Thats the worst customer service ever!
