Our server, Monica, was fantastic. She was very attentive and sweet with our family. The service wasn’t the issue, the hosts and kitchen is the problem. I could tell they were over seating our server and stretching her too thin and on top of that, our food was insanely late not to mention my steak was undercooked and my moms food came out 15 minutes after hours did. I saw three other tables also send their food back also. Again, the service was great, she was doing her best with what she was working with. The kitchen is the problem and needs to be fixed.

Salads weren’t fresh and no flavor.
8oz steak looked more like 5oz.
Alice Spring chicken and backed potato looked like a kids meal, but cost $20.00. Our waitress was Morgan, ran out of drinks and asked for bread but we were done eating before we got drinks or bread.

Disappointed tonight by the service. Alissa was out server and took so long initially to even come take our drink order. When she finally did; our drinks and bread took another 15 minutes although it wasn’t very busy. She was generally unfriendly; forgot various items we requested and dropped the check off before asking if we’d like a second round of drink or dessert. Being my birthday I was extra disappointed. We will try it again as we liked the food but hopefully get a different server next visit.

Our server was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, and they got all of our orders correct, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the main issue was the food. Some dishes were either overcooked or undercooked, and overall the food did not taste as good as we expected for the price we paid. For the cost, I would expect the food to be more enjoyable. The service was great, but the food quality needs improvement.

Great meal and experience at the bar tonight with Emily. They were short staffed, she greeted us stated they were a bit behind. She set expectations which is key. We weren’t in any huge rush. Return? Definitely

From the time we walked in EVERYONE was so friendly. The Host was so nice and helpful with our infant daughter. The Manager on Duty was Lisa and visited our table making our visit even more special. Our server Tyler was absolutely the best. He made recommendations and suggestions that ensured all of our food was so delicious. Tyler is definitely an asset to this establishment, and I will be visiting again soon just for the great vibes.

We have always had great experiences here…until today. Valentines Day. My wife asked for an unseasoned steak, medium. It was seasoned. They replaced it with a rare one, even after two attempts. The broccoli and asparagus were way overcooked and salty. And to top it off, we were unable to enjoy our favorite dessert, the chocolate tower cake, because they said they’d been out of it for weeks! Like I said, this is the first time we’ve had problems, and will probably go back, but today was a train wreck.

Amber the hostess was such an amazing person! She was the best host I’ve encountered down here while on vacation! She has such an amazing attitude and personality! Ranae the manager was also very positive and helpful. They both deserve the world and a great holiday

I had to work late and I arrived to this Outback store at 9:30 PM when they close at 10 PM. Dritzy the Hostess greeted me graciously and said it’s no problem. Come in and enjoy your meal. Then Vaughn, my Server had a great attitude and also was very patient even though I came in a half hour before closing time. And finally Emily the restaurant manager came out upon my request so that I could give a high recommendation to both Dritzy and Vaughn. Thank you all so much!❤️

I usually don’t write reviews , but this time I will make an exception.
The server was impatient, and mildly condescending from the beginning.
I don’t know if she didn’t like interracial couples, or she was just always in a hurry.
I told her , even before I ordered, that I would be getting the 10$ meal to go.
I also told her I would be upgrading the desert in the 3/$14.99$ meal.
She brought the bill- without first asking –
1. If was a member and what my phone number is so I could get my points. Sadly, I missed out on points.
2. The bill was brought out before she even asked how we would be paying. It was myself, and my daughter and son-in-law at the table, and those were separate bills. So she had to figure out how to split them. I didn’t get a chance to order my $10 to go meal, nor did I get a chance to upgrade my dessert, before she brought the bill out, resulting in her having to add something to the order, and figure out the bill again.
I was so aggravated by that I didn’t even order the $10 meal because I knew it would be incorrect when I received it.
She barely spent any time at our table, yet spent a significant amount of time at a table with older “veteran” types .
Other people brought us our food.
My son-in-law‘s meal was wrong twice, the kitchen manager came and addressed it, but didn’t even look my son-in-law in the face.
At some point a manager, possibly the owner, came by to deliver the remade food, but never addressed how poor the service was.
The last four bites of my steak were inedible, but I didn’t get a chance to say anything because the bill was already on the table and we were being rushed out the door.
The sweetest person in the entire place was the young man who delivered our food.
Not only was my steak not fully edible , I did not get my points , I was rushed when given the bill, I did not get a chance to order my to go meal , and the service from our original server was horrible.
I hope management actually sees this review and takes steps not only to make it right with us, but to insure this never happens again to any other guest.
