It was very easy getting a reservation through the website. We were seated very quickly. We had the ribeye and new York strip. I asked if the crab cakes were made of lump crabmeat. The one I got barely had much lump in it but it was ok. The steaks were very flavorful and cooked to the temperature we desired. I would eat here again. A second side in addition to the salad would be nice

It was okay. Caesar salad dressing was an odd sweet flavor, same with the bernaise sauce. Not terrible just not expected.
As a steak lover this really was a disappointment. It was not cooked to medium as requested and the mashed potatoes tasted like thy were reheated. Very underwhelming this was a birthday dinner for my husband. Again not terrible but would have gotten the same service and quality of food at a chain restaurant

Went here for a valentines day dinner for my wife. We reserved the table a week in advanced and I’m glad we did. By the time we we’re leaving, it was so packed and people waiting to get in. The food was delicious. The drinks we’re also great. The server was very attentive. He took care of everything very professional. Would definitely come back in the future.

My wife took me here for my birthday. Such a nice place, timing of the courses was excellent. We never felt pushed or over burdened by trying to turn the table.
Jerry, our server was such a great guy! So nice! He answered our questions & had great recommendations. I definitely recommend. I would go back for a second time. Most likely take our daughters there for dinner.

Update 5/29: back again 9 months later and Jerry was the server again. We recognized him from last time (7/24). The food was great- I got the Oscar medallions this time. Everything came out fast and Jerry was great- we had 6 adults and 2 kids this time and still got great service during the dinner rush. 5 star experience once again.
Great dinner at Prime on Weds July 24 for my wife’s birthday. Our server Jerry was fantastic – especially since we had our 2 kids with us (5 and 7 years old). They couldn’t make up their mind on drinks so he brought them each 2 different options and they felt like royalty. He came around often enough that we never had to wait for something, but without being overbearing. Our food was awesome – I had the new york strip with blue cheese topping, my wife had the scallops and the other adults had the Oscar medallions. I tried some of all of theirs and it was all good. Finally, at the end of the meal we mentioned it was my wife’s birthday and Jerry went and got her a slice of cake too.
Great meal, we had a blast. And the service was outstanding.

Attended a company Christmas party during afternoon hours. The wait staff was friendly, and did pretty well for a large party of 70. Appetizers were good, cocktails took a little while, but were delicious when they arrived. We were offered a selection of entrees. I opted for the crab stuffed flounder, and it was wonderful! I’d definitely love to go back for a steak! Very cozy, comfortable atmosphere. An enjoyable ambiance to say the least. Clean, and spacious bar area. I’d highly recommend taking an evening and trying it for yourself! Ohhhh,,, and I chose peanut butter pie for dessert. It was delightfully delicious! I definitely didn’t leave there hungry. I’ll definitely return to this establishment..Thank you, Prime Steakhouse, for a great time and a wonderful meal.
