I like the chicken fritta.
The strawberry cake was good.
We were a party of ten and our waitress Vanessa was amazing! Very nice and sweet, and she did an amazing job.
My husband and I decided last minute that we didn’t want to cook so we came here. We were seated at a very tiny table. No complaints, since it was a holiday and knew it wouldn’t be ideal. Our server, Robin, came and took our drink and meal orders… We knew what we wanted. I usually love the zuppa Toscana. Robin arrived with our salad and bread. I thought we hit it off initially and understood they were busy. When we hadn’t received our beverages after finishing our salads, my husband kindly asked Robin for our drinks. Things went downhill from there. Robin seemed to be irritated that we move the electronic ordering device from the outside of our table to behind the S&P shakers . She moved it upon her return with our drinks and made a snarky comment about it. We received our food and the table was so small, my husband was adjusting his plate and again she got snippy with him. She proceeded to take our remaining salad and dump it into his plate and said she was trying to make room on the table. She was so rude with her delivery. It surprised us. My soup and my husband‘s pasta were delivered. It was busy and we understand that totally. Unfortunately my soup had big slices of undercooked potatoes that I couldn’t break with a fork, much less a spoon. When Robin came back around, I kindly asked her to swap out my soup and showed her why. I said in a low voice, she might want to mention it so no one else would have the same issue. She said she would let the manager know and acted incredibly irritated while asking me, what other soup do I want. Again with the rude tone! I was genuinely trying to help her and the restaurant to avoid further issues. Seriously she didn’t seem to care one tiny bit. To me, this was half of my meal and important… But apparently just a nuisance to her. Needless to say this meal and specifically the service experience was bad.
When Robin came around with our check and another snarky comment about us not using the electronic checkout, I asked her if she told the manager about the soup. She said “yes twice”. I asked her what the manager said and Robin completely ignored me. I just let it go. This is my first and hopefully last bad review of any dining experience. It was just so blatantly, disrespectful and rude regarding the service and a sad offering of a usually consistent meal.
I had an excellent experience at Olive Garden! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and served hot. From the endless salad and breadsticks to the main course, everything exceeded my expectations. What really made the visit memorable was the amazing service. Our server Vanessa was bubbly, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find such a great combination of tasty food and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
