This has got to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in my entire life. I knew I was walking into Applebees so my expectations weren’t too high but I was expecting edible food at least. My wife and I ordered and split the 2 for $25. We ordered mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders & fries, and chicken Alfredo with broccoli, so ended up being upgraded 2 for $30. The mozzarella sticks were clearly frozen just poorly reheated because they were still half frozen when we got them. In regard to our meal, I’m not sure how they’re getting away with calling these chicken tenders because they were as thin and as short as a small finger. The Alfredo seemed like it was made hours before I even stepped in the restaurant, parts of it were warm other parts were ice cold. The noodles weren’t made well as they were clumped and stuck together. The chicken on top of the Alfredo was burnt and yet somehow still cold. I truly wish I could give 0 stars.

I called in today to give a heads up that we were going to be having a large party for lunch. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was less than pleasant and we almost changed our minds about where to dine. I am sure glad we didn’t. Upon arrival we met Seth, the general manager at the door. I explained my earlier phone conversation with his staff and he was extremely apologetic. He was immediately attentive and sat our party of 14. We were met by our server, Paige, as soon as we were seated. She provided excellent service. I ordered the Bourbon Steak and it was cooked perfectly (I’m picky when it comes to my steaks)! My husband ordered a rack of ribs and he stated on the drive home that it was the first time he’s ever ordered ribs with zero fat, all meat, and the only thing left on his plate was bone. We ordered appetizers, meals, and Seth took care of our desserts. Everything that landed on our table was delicious! Great food, great service! Thank you Applebees, we will be back!

From the minute we walked in with our elderly parents, the hostess Abby was so helpful with seating and holding the door open. Delmar was our server and he catered to all our needs and requests! He didn’t mess our orders up and was friendly! Seth, the GM, came around and made sure service and food were good. He was very friendly!! Highly recommend this Applebees!!

Somebody got a facelift! I like the new lights and ambiance. Great work. The hospitality was exceptional. The hostess opened the door for my Nana and me as we walked in — that was very thoughtful. The service was great; a manager checked in on our table. Food seemed better than in the past. The pretzel sticks and beer cheese were so delicious. Our server was the best – Amber S. She took great care of us and delivered exceptional service. We laughed a lot and enjoyed her company! Thank you, Amber. Looking forward to coming again on our next visit to dear Nana.

My wife and I love to visit Applebees in Hummelstown, PA! The food is consistently delicious. The service is friendly and efficient. We had a special treat today to have the General Manager, Seth stop by to check on our table. He wanted to check that we were happy with the food and the service Ashlee provided. Ashlee was friendly and prompt. Seth was exceptionally excellent. We highly recommend a visit for a fast, friendly, high quality meal at a good price!

Both the server and the manager were top notch . Seth ( the manager) came to our table to check on our food and if we were happy with our food . I saw him go to each table to check on every customer. To me that was impressive. Jen ( the waitress) she was top notch . Very polite and friendly . Interacted with us and made us feel of value .
