I gave 1 star because that’s the only way to leave a review. Service: Cold Food: Cold, Dried burnt chicken, Horrible! Atmosphere: Cold ( like the food)! Cashier was asked a question she refused to answer until I intervened and said “ my husband asked a question “. They did too much slide grins and snares while the cashier who handled the money also prepared our food. So, we get the food and I wouldn’t feed that to anyone!! I went back and asked is this the best chicken that you have. Her (cashier) response was at the time yes. I thought they were closing because almost all the trays in the server station were empty. So, now she needs a manager because I want a refund. Never did the manager offer better food. All she wanted was our receipt. Never again will I ever stop here! I told her I don’t eat just anything especially when I’m paying for it! Wish I would’ve taken pictures but this experience wasn’t on my mind eating was! Now I understand the low review rate! Do better when you choose to serve the public!!

Every time I come here I ask specifically for fresh fries with extra seasoning, and I always tell them “I don’t mind to wait” becuase I know fries take a while to cook and every time they say “no problem” or “we just got fresh fries down so you’re good” and once I get my food it never fails. My fries are A.) not fresh AT ALL and B.) definitely no extra seasoning. My fries are older than Betty white and they have ZERO seasoning. Like bro it’s literally not that hard to put extra seasoning on some fries, especially when I tell you I don’t mind to be pulled forward out of the way and am willing to wait. I wouldn’t make this review if it only happened a couple times but it’s literally almost every time I go to that Bojangles. It’s annoying. Fix this problem please.

A.I. is a little on the slow side, if you know what I mean, it’s not really an issue because the human employees pay attention to you as you are ordering. Pick up any issues that are confusing for the A.I. They are a little too expensive to eat breakfast there everyday.

Was in the drive through and got a 12 peice family mael, when I got home it was the smallest chicken I have ever seen. Payed 50 bucks for brests that where the size of thighs and legs that where the size of wing drumetts.

We stopped to get a bite to eat, Well my husband’s bacon egg cheese biscuit the biscuit was over cooked, my bo chicken sandwich the chicken was over cooked and the buns was burnt, my sons bo chicken bites was over cooked, they about didn’t give us our fries but they wasn’t even fully cooked and the sweet tea wasn’t good !!! Over all disappointed for our 30 dollars worth of food

Food was fine. We’re on a road trip and starving so stopped in the first place we could find. My husband’s good was cold, the biscuits were kinda small and flat. But it did the job. The workers didn’t seem very thrilled to be there.

Apparently this restaurant doesn’t believe in customer satisfaction, they will serve you fresh biscuits with orders in the afternoon but anytime you ask for biscuits that aren’t burnt they cannot provide it and it’s “the best they can do” knowing that you got ones that were fine the day before.
