This is the third time I’ve been here and sat in the drive-through for over 20 minutes. They should really invest in making their drive-through two lanes so people don’t get stuck when somebody pulls behind them. Funny how the only good review they’ve had recently had to bash another location in attempts to justify their wait times. Please get it together. The location is convenient, but the wait is not.

Third time in a row I didn’t receive sauce packets. The cantina quesadilla was not the cantina quesadilla. Dont go to this location. Go out of your way to the other one. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve experienced to date.

This Taco Bell is in a convenient location for us but every time we give it a try the wait is incredibly long. We do better driving all the way to Mt Washington rather than waiting on this place.
Food has always been fine but 4 out of the ~8 times we’ve tried this location we’ve ended up leaving before we were even able to order. The service is too slow and they don’t even greet you. A simple “we’ll be with you in a minute” would help.
When we HAVE stuck around to order (or when we’ve used the app to order so we are stuck there), we’re always regretting our decision. I’m talking 25+ minutes wait times before even being acknowledged. We’ve tried the drive thru, eating inside, even ordering on the app before we arrive. It’s inexcusable.

Went and had lunch there on 12/14/25 whoever the day shift manager is needs to do better ! None of the employees could get orders right. Not even in the drive through .
Everyone that dinned in had to keep going to the counter to get there cups , and to let employees know they forgot multiple items they paid for. They were more worried about being loud and playing around in the back and the lobby was disgusting . All the tables had food all over them they floors looked awful like they don’t own a broom ! They need to do better !! Needless to say we will not be back there at all I’ll take my business across town to the other one next time .

I ordered inside and ended up waiting about 30 minutes just for an employee to tell me that they didn’t have the main ingredient for my order. The line for cars was moving slowly but the customers waiting inside were at a standstill. I asked for a refund and the employee walked away and didn’t come back, so after 5 minutes I just walked out because it seemed like they didn’t have the situation under control. In conclusion I feel like the management is very inconsistent considering they had 3 main line workers doing all the work while the manager on duty and 1other individual were sitting in the back area talking. Maybe it was a sign for me to stop eating fast food so I take it as a win haha.

Was very very slow and had several workers there. I was the only one in the lobby and still took over 20 mins to get just 1 taco and some fries. I’d never knock anyone for working hard, I’ve worked there myself years ago but, the need to pay as much attention to the front as they do the drive thru.

Rude service!!! I went a few weeks ago and my kids went separate from me going here recently and both times Nobody will take your order AT ALL on the inside. they want you to take it yourself on the kiosk things, if that’s the case they shouldn’t be working at the front at all. Pay someone to take your orders and learn how to not be so rude!! Will not be back to this location!!!

I went inside to order my food because the line was long. Big mistakes, I waited about 10 or so min then I lefted. No one came to the counter at all. They were filling pick-up orders and waiting on the drive through. I will know next time

Food wasn’t bad, but it is evident that they do not care about their customers or the customer experience. This location has posted hours that says it opens at 9am. I made an online order for pick up at 9am. The door dash app told me that my order was ready for pickup 10 Min later so I drove to the store to get my order. When I pulled up, it looked like all the staff was in the parking lot talking. At 9:15 I got out of my car and I was met with a lady telling me that they aren’t open yet and that they are having a meeting. After the employees went into the store at 9:23 I went in as well. I sat there listening to one employee complain that there were customers already and then kinda trash talk other employees that were at the meeting. Seemed like a loud and obnoxious conversation that I don’t need to hear as a customer. As I was waiting, I started to notice how messy the place was. There was food and trash on the floor, tables and chairs were messy. I’m guessing they don’t clean at closing because it’s a disaster already at opening. I finally received my order at 9:40.

Rarely have an issue with my order but wait times are always insanely long. Almost always sitting for 30+ minutes in the drive-thru. Makes returning unlikely if the fast food isn’t fast.
