My husband and I decided to go to Carls Jr tonight which is also New Years Day! We went through the drive thru around 2 this morning after our New Years Celebration and the woman who was working there was just downright rude. She had such a bad attitude it made me want to take the time out to leave this review. I understand that we never know what someone may be going through and might be having a really bad day but this was just so distasteful and ugly . She acted as though she just hates everyone and her job and treats the customers terribly. Even if she was having a bad day perhaps if she was a kind person or a good employee she would have sone respect for herself, her job, and her boss. All I know is that I was disturbed by her behavior and didnt appreciate having to cross paths with someone like that my husband And my order was half wrong and undercooked so bad I couldnt even finish the meal we paid for. Im not going back ain’t nobody got time 4 that!!!

I came here at 12:05 pm January 15th. The cashier at this place was rude. I did a online Order because I am deaf and I showed her my name that was typed on my phone because I can’t speak. She repeatedly asked me for the info of this Order when I didn’t understand her the first time. So I showed her the online order through my email which is ridiculous because I’ve went thru numerous of Carl Jr restaurants and they never ask for my receipt or email for online order. This is discriminating is why I made a online order in the first place because I would not be able to make order at the location with no touch screen and unable to communicate through the drive thru.

I live right by this carls jr so I used to go there quite a bit. Unfortunately, after my last visit I got salmonella very bad. I know for a fact it was this carls jr because that was all I ate that day and the following day and week was the worst time of my life. I dont recommend the chicken tenders at all. Its a bummer because I really do enjoy carls jr but that was a definite deal breaker for me and I won’t be returning.

I had a disappointing experience at. My $50 order was incorrect—both drinks were Cokes instead of a Dr Pepper and Coke, and one burger included ingredients I had asked to be removed. Worse, the burger patty was tiny and thin, like a kids’ meal. When I called, I was told they were unprepared for a promotion and had to use kids’ patties without informing customers. While the staff was polite, the lack of transparency and poor resolution left me unsatisfied.

I went to dine in yesterday and this is how I found my sandwich half way into biting it! This is the most disgusting thing ever, took away my appetite completely . Everyone who orders here any chicken sandwich just always double check whenever you bite into it . Money spent was not worth it at all .

When I ordered a Regular Oreo Milkshake they told me they were out of regular cups so they have to charge me for a large.

Employee was very rude & man because i ordered online and came through the drive thru to pick up , wanting me to go inside(no one in line ) when i have My kids inside the car , ordering online and picking up in the drive thru option should be removed if we can’t do that … my opinion
