If you’re out for dinner or drinks in Little Italy, you have to stop by Presti’s Italian Bakery and grab some desserts to take home. The moment you walk in, you grab a ticket and are surrounded by incredible display cases packed with fresh, classic Italian treats; it’s impossible not to want one of everything. The staff is friendly, patient, and happy to help once your number is called, making the experience smooth even when it’s busy. The prices are more than fair for the quality and portion sizes. The tiramisu, cannoli, and coconut bar were absolute standouts. This place is iconic for a reason and is a must-stop in Little Italy and all of Greater Cleveland.

TAKE A NUMBER or you’ll get cut in line.
You can get cookies by weight or pastries individually priced. Cappuccino in the porcelain dine in option is the best.
I got the chicken parmigiana sandwich and it was tasty. Seemed fresh. Pastries were very good. The Linzer cookies were perfect. Cheese danish was super cheesy! Id come back.

The cappuccino was really good! I loved the broccoli salad and the meat stromboli, and the cookies were absolutely delicious.
Even if was busy the derive was great!

Chocolate mousse was very good. The crème brûlée was a letdown. The sugar coating on top was soft and cold (we dined in) The service was gosh awful. The curly haired man working seemed like he’d rather be dead than working. I understand that everyone has an off day but when someone looks at you and says “hello!” You don’t just stare at them with an annoyed look on your face. The only reason we didn’t walk out right then and there was because we had already wasted 15 minutes waiting. Also, don’t start trying to save face at the end of the transaction so you can get a tip. This was the worst service that I think I’ve ever had.

Great Italian bakery near campus. Take a number paper or you will never be called. I like their mixed berry tart and cheese cake. Cookies are also worth a try

The Best! Absolutely the greatest bakery and place to eat. Espresso, stromboli, cookies. Make sure to grab a number when you walk in because most people forget to. Very casual atmosphere, eat inside or out. Food like pizzas and strombolis and pasta salads are already prepared and you choose them from the counter display (much like how the bakery is already prepared). Plenty of soft drinks on the wall to choose, or they’ll make you a coffee. Plenty of room to sit inside with a few tables outside with great views. Parking is tough like most of Little Italy, so most likely you’re walking there.

Perfect locality for this bakery inside little Italy. There is a token system and it is almost always full and bustling with people. Takes around 15-20 min for your turn to come sometimes even 40 minutes however the end product is worth the waiting time. Had the cannoli multiple times and was filled generously and tasted very good as well. Their cheesecake was also stellar and cookies were worth it too. Overall everything tasted delicious and was worth the hype.

Presti’s bakery is one of the premier bakeries in little Italy along with Corbos. However the presentation of there products is much better. Everything in their cases looks perfect almost like its a demo product only until they remove it and hand it to you to eat! Sandwiches are also tasty However I love their pizza by the slice!
Always a line but worth the wait! Great job!

Presti’s is a wonderful bakery in the heart of Little Italy. I always look forward to their lobster tail pastries, they’re a little hard to find here in Cleveland.
