Extremely disappointing experience. The store was unhygienic and clearly not being cleaned. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable as the staff and a customer were having a loud argument.
We waited over 40 minutes for our order, only to find the customizations were incorrect. My children cannot eat ketchup or mustard, so they couldn’t eat their meal at all. The staff’s attitude was very unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could.

They take FOREVERRRR to get your food out, not friendly, care more about talking to each other than their customers. Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru line tonight just to be served cold fries, nuggets and this is what my filet of fish looks like. To top it off they weren’t even competent enough to give me ketchup. I would NOT recommend. They put a whole new prospective on “fast” food. This McDonald’s shouldn’t even be in business according to reviews that are similar to mine as well. ✌ to my business EVER again.

I had a terrible experience with a mobile order at this McDonald’s. After waiting an unreasonable 35-40 minutes for curbside pickup, I received cold food with old fries and a baconless bacon quarter pounder. To add to the frustration, I couldn’t file a complaint through the app because the store number wasn’t on the receipt. This is unacceptable service for a fast-food restaurant.

Food was fine. Will not be back due to lack of heigene. Went to the bathroom, the two employees in front of me in the line for the toilet, one with glasses and one without did not wash their hands. One of them went to the toilet, used it, then went to the urinal and used it and grumbled about urine on his hands. He also did not wash his hands afterwards. Absolutely disgusting.

Slow, terrible employees. Tried twice, 1st time took almost 15 minutes to get 1 order of fries and 2 chocolate chip cookies thru the drive thru. 2nd time took over 25 minutes for 2 cheeseburger happy meals and a double cheeseburger. Tried to go inside for a refund but All employees ignored me and 2 other customers trying to get their attention. The would not come to the counter to speak with anyone. Finally delivered our food. Will definitely not be back a 3rd time. Never had this kind of experience at a McDonalds!

Horrible staff. I walked in to pick up my mobile order . I waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Staff was loud rude, using bad language. Like having a party behind the counter. The skinny guy that was walking in to start his shift rolled his eyes at me and joined in the loud conversation being had. I smiled and said excuse me like 4 times. He then came to me said “yup”. 5 minutes later.my food was ready. Will not be returning to this location. They must not need our business and thats ok .

We waited 1 HOUR. We waited 1 hour and 5 minutes to get our food. We weren’t even planning on staying in the place, just to get and go. It’s a disaster, they kept making mistakes with everyone’s order, and it’s not like it’s full, there’s a few people here and there but they take sooooo longggg. We arrived around 10:30pmand left at 11:36pm, it’s almost 12 in the morning and they couldn’t have hurried up? It was basically empty. If I could give zero stars I would. This place has become a mess, there was only one person taking orders and preparing them while everyone else is doing who knows what, but they for sure weren’t working just messing around.

Service: I visited with my kids and choose a seating area in the playroom. When you are ordering your food, you can expect lots of attitude from the young employees there, zero respect or manners, and on top, you can experience how they make fun of drive thru customers, so loud that everyone inside can hear it. They making fun of people and at the same time ignoring the waiting customers inside.
They are placing food on a waiting table, and let it just get cold. No calling numbers, no checking who ordered, nothing. I witnessed food which was sitting there for over 15 min.
Food: You get served cold food, one drink of my 2 happy meals was missing and instead of mayonnaise they put bbq sauce in it, although I mentioned to please giving mayo for the kids two times. They just don’t care. My Cappuccino was only half full, and loaded with 3x the necessary amount of sugar. Undrinkable. When I went up there to ask if I can maybe getting it topped with black coffee, they first ignored me and rolled their eyes when questioned. HOW IN THE WORLD DO PEOPLE LIKE THIS A JOB THERE ? Does the management not care at all?
Atmosphere: children play area was dirty, floor was sticky. Restroom was not equipped with soap and don’t get me started on the toilet itself.
We will definitely not return. Worst McDonald’s in town.

I typically don’t have a good experience at this McDonald’s. I can say the customers service from the young man that took my order was amazing. I had the 6 piece with a mcFlurry. They forgot to give it to me but he was right on whenever I had came back to ask for it.
Food quality wise still mid, the fries were a bit mushy but the customer service override that.

Took my sandwich back after finding a hair in between the patty and bun. The nice lady at the counter apologized and gave it to someone else so i could get a new one. Howeverrrrr, after they were done laughing and making fun of the cook with long hair who, and i can’t stress this enough, DOESNT HAVE A HAIR NET OR EVEN A HAT, they gave me a “new” sandwich in the same wrapper. I threw it right in the trash after leaving because I can only assume they took the hair out, put more mayo, then put it the same wrapper as the old one. It isn’t just disgusting; in my opinion it’s a health violation
