Two people inside can just stand around inside and refuse to answer the intercom. Can’t say hey were closed. Can’t even get the basics. No were closed anywhere in sight. The intercom not saying closed. Nothing. Twelve minutes trying to pick up a delivery order that’s already made so I could deliver it. Never could. They can see me trying to get their attention. Tried asking the intercom nothing. Tried honking nothing. Tried coming in locked. The lady can see me but still nothing. I guess this location will just refuse to hand food out to deliver if their closed even if someone’s there. If its not picked up prior your just outta luck. Im sure the owner loves throwing food out thst was paid for to instead refund simply due to employees not wanting to even answer the intercom.

I eat here like everyday or every other day just because it’s convenient with my job and with mobile ordering I don’t have to deal with anyone. The people have always been nice and they were quick to bring my food. Though I have had a few issues . Like In regards to the monopoly promo. Where id order off the menu and not receive any of the game pieces I ordered. Not a big deal I get it,life is busy. Today though they brought me the wrong order. they somehow ended up giving me a quarter pounder that tasted like burnt chemicals. I feel like we’re paying too much money. At Burger King you can get a real tasting sloppy hamburger bigger than your face and you’ll still spend less than what a double quarter pounder costs.

This is the third time in a row that I have had a bad to worst experience. I used the mobile app. After 10 minutes I drove to pick up my food. I sat in line for 16 minutes. Then I get my food, park, get my burger out and it looks like someone intentionally either stepped on or smashed my burger flat. My chicken nuggets were so hard and cold that it seems like it sat there for days. Not exaggerating. The fries were also cold cardboard. What is going on at this location? I would like to be contacted. No one takes ownership.

Love this McDonalds. Quality is much better than most other locations and the staff are much more helpful. There was this young black girl with braces who was super cute and friendly. Made sure I got my cup for soda after ordering at the kiosk instead of making me wait for the rest of the order. Always a pleasure attending this location.

Went to pick up an order and watched them put a basket of already cooked fries that were cold and “reheat “ them Right in front of the manager. I don’t know if this is standard practice , I surly hope not. I will definitely not be eating anything from this location!!!!

Went in to order some food my daughter today 2:30 PM had to use the automated service for kiosk that doesn’t take any cash. Finish my order and it directed me to go to the counter after waiting 12 minutes. Just to complete and pay for my order I decided it’s better for me and my daughter just to go across the street to Miller’s to eat. There is zero customer service here. Do you have two people bagging things arguing with who’s gonna take the person’s order instead of just taking my cash I will try my best to tell everybody to avoid this place like the plague

What a disaster. We ordered via the app for table service. I ordered a 1/4 with cheese Deluxe meal. Burger delivered was not deluxe. When I took it to the counter & explained they grabbed out of my hand and ordered a remake. The one delivered this time was a sloppy mess. The cheese was barely on the burger hanging out of the box. All the toppings were just slapped to the other side. So disappointed. My wife ordered a McRib meal with extra sauce. The one delivered had hardly any sauce. She took it to the counter for replacement. Basically same routine. Her new one had extra sauce but the toppings were all on one end. This place pays NO attention to detail. The only highlight was the young lady delivering food to the table. What a nice & pleasant young lady.

So I’ve been before and had no problem because it’s McDonald’s and it’s fast food convient and cheap. Great customer service. But today 11/20 my card declined and I asked the employee can she cancel the split transaction and just charge it all on my card as I’ve had problems before where the card I use sometimes doesn’t take to split transactions. She rolled her eyes at me and got an attitude and it’s first thing in the morning and that hurt because as soon as I asked her whole entire friendly demeanor changed. Next I go inside to the self checkout and I hear her and the other coworkers laughed about it going “going some lady went through the drive thru and her card declined…” I was already having a bad day and even if my card declined I feel like whether I had money or not available because we all have bad days doesn’t mean I deserved such mistreatment. Please teach your employees customer service, and I get no money no service but how your behavior changes up on someone who has a problem with their card one time tells me all I need to know. No thanks edit: just found out from the mcd down the road is because the company charges it as credit and the card I was using doesn’t, I was explained that by a different mcd store that was so much kinder so much more patient and didn’t treat me less than human.

I went here yesterday for lunch and I went though the drive through asked for a plain cheeseburger meal with only meat and cheese asked them to repeat the order to make sure everything was right and they gave me everything on it no fries like I was supposed to get with the meal and my sister ordered a chicken wrap meal and they didn’t give her no fries also they suck at taking orders from the drive though so make sure yu check you Oder extra before leaving the drive though….. so disappointed get it together or start applying for people who actually know what there doing.

This place totally sucks Came in there and sat at the speaker for 20 minutes No answer so I had to drive in a big circle to the other speaker. Wait another 10 minutes then some smart Alec young girl gets on there. Take my whole order wrong I get to The window That I find the person that took my order. I tell her about the problem and she acts like oblivious to it. I tell her that the speaker ain’t working and she totally ignored me how to be my receipt Like she was kind of prejudice or something Then I get up front Get my food she rang my entire order up wrong. We got all the wrong Food. So I went inside, get some straws. They corrected some of it at the window. Told the manager, she acted like it was an inconvenience that I was complaining Just do the damn job it’s not that hard. This McDonald’s is always having a damn problem.
