Although the Tuscan Tavern & Grill can accommodate 220, the seating is broken up with an enclosed, heated patio and generous bar area, as well as the main dining room, resulting in comfortable, cozy dining wherever you are seated. We were there for lunch and I recommend the seared salmon and the Tavern burger. The salmon comes in a choice of blackened, lemon butter, or plain. One of our party had the brisket sandwich which had an overpowering smoky taste to the point of being inedible. The garlic mashed potatoes were good if lacking in garlic flavor. The French fries were excellent with a crispy exterior and creamy interior. The broccoli was a little al dente for my taste. The salad was nondescript, but the tomato basil soup was very good. I also heard that the linguine and clams were to be avoided. In short, a cozy little place we will return to even with a hit and miss menu.

We had an outstanding dinner at Tuscan Tavern & Grill. The penne vodka with meatballs was rich, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely comforting. The New York strip steak with blue cheese was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For dessert, the tiramisu was classic and creamy, while the chocolate and white chocolate gluten-free cake was exceptional—so decadent you’d never guess it was gluten-free.
Our server Adriane took wonderful care of us all evening, attentive without ever feeling rushed. Rob also went the extra mile to ensure everything was top-notch, making the entire experience feel special. A fantastic dining experience from start to finish!

Get here early or make a reservation even during the off season. We ate chicken Alfredo and lasagna. I had a house Merlot and my wife had a sprite. Our bill was $60 for two people. No bread with the meal but it did have the option of salad or soup with both entrees. The locals recommended this place to us. Nice stop.

My husband and I were seated almost immediately without a reservation around 5pm on a Saturday night in the winter (despite them still already being busy at that time). Every staff member we were in contact with was kind and courteous, but our waiter Zach truly provided some of the best service I’ve received at a restaurant. Our food was delicious and priced well for the portion size and quality and I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. 10/10 experience and I would absolutely return the next time I was in town. Get the penne alla vodka and add meatballs!

We were so happy with everything at Tuscan ! Authentic Italian food and very nice servers! Loved the crispy warm bread and Parmesan, salad was fresh and Salmon with rich garlic potatoes were a great flavor, my fish was lightly breaded and had a great flavor too ! ( only thing I’d do differently is put balsamic in a side cup for dipping Walleye was so tasty . Love the breadcrumbs on top of fish so tasty !! Thanks .

We had a party of 7, and experienced excellent top notch service the entire evening. We stopped by celebrating a birthday and anniversary starting with drinks at the bar angel served us great drinks and was extremely friendly and talkative. The old fashioned was great. We also ordered calamari and it was some of the best we had. Finally we moved to the restaurant for dinner ordered a variety of seafood and steaks all were great a better experience than more expensive restaurants in the area finally for dessert we ordered a few slices of pie or cake to share and all tasted freshly made Haley served us and gave us excellent service definitely will be back next time we are in town

My husband and I went here to celebrate our anniversary. We both had the surf and turf. It came out amazing! Steak was cooked perfectly! Lobster was amazing! Potatoes were amazing! And to top it off our waitress (Jade) was absolutely wonderful!! 10/10 for her and will recommend to others!
