i ordered on doordash and my order was ready quickly but perhaps too quickly. i paid for extra lettuce and sauce on my big mac which is no issue but my big mac came with no second patty, the rest of my order was fine chicken nuggets were a little hard but that’s all. a second patty is crucial to a big mac, i paid for extra items just to not receive a patty, if one was not ready i wouldn’t have minded waiting a bit longer for it to be ready.

Would give no stars if it were an option. Placed an order for a 6 piece nugget happy meal with apples, fries, and ranch at 201 pm in the Drive Thru. Paid and was told to pull up to the double doors and wait. 230 comes around and nothing so I went in for a refund. No refund just told Oh! Here’s your Happy Meal and handed a box. Not even given the right order still. Complete waste of time and money.

I come here for breakfast some days and they usually get my order wrong. I tried ordering with their app to be as precise as possible and it didn’t help. Their customer service is okay but I could tell they were annoyed when I came through at 10:28am to order breakfast.

Worst snack wraps I’ve ever had there weren’t hot thr whole way thru and tasted as if they were re dipped in oil before giving them to me. After calling they said there’s nothing they could if there wasn’t a receipt present. I didn’t get a receipt because I wasn’t anticipating bad service. Won’t be going back.

Drive through order is wrong more often than it’s right. They have customers pull up into the space and forget about them. Ive had to follow up after 20 minutes to a half hour to find out that they just lost or gave away my order. Its happened over and over again despite going there less and less. Today was the last time. This is the worst fast food location in the city. Don’t go.

Can’t blend a smoothie right to save their lives. Instead of my order I got apple pie! To know how you get a sausage, egg and cheese bagel with apple pie since ONE IS IN THE FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT AND THE OTHER IN THE BACK! This place sucks and needs to fire their managers and staff and start over!

I went to this McDonald’s a couple of times and it was fine, I had better services at other McDonalds. Today I went McDonalds and I was UNCOMFORTABLE with the environment. People(customers) some were fighting, swearing, talking about their personal life. The employees were fast but my food was cold and it was messed up. I got a quarter pounder. Instead of katchup it was ranch and I hate ranch. It kinda looked like sp3rm. the Mobil machines didn’t work either. I won’t be coming back for an awhile, and I will be taking the drive through to. This place is dirty and unwelcoming to someone who not used to the city.
