So I’m pretty pissed off. I went to order my my stupid biscuit sandwich and I placed the order in the app at 10:24 AM. The app even told me to hurry up. I had five minutes before breakfast was over place the order then I proceeded to stand sit in my car for 10 minutes in the drive-through. I’ll pull up pull up to the window. I give them my order number and then they tell me all breakfast is over and I’m like well. I’ve been in line for 10 minutes. That’s not my fault. The app took the order then the ladies in the back trying to say oh you can’t. We can’t take order is half hour before breakfast. I’m like that’s a bunch of crap and a lot number one number two so then I asked like OK well I can’t cancel it now because it’s already giving me the code. I’ve had too much going on in my life to just trust somebody that the money is gonna go back onto my account just like that because the way I saw it driving out of there meant I left with my breakfast according to my app so I wanted a receipt or some sort of something written down saying that this needed to be refunded in case it didn’t show back up on my card, but no I argued with them the manager no less which was completely rude and unprofessional and I will never come back to this McDonald’s again and I drive Uber and I’m all over the metroplex, but this is a McDonald’s I won’t come back to you. This is not the way you treat your customers and the glitch in it. I’m all need to do is write down something that verified that breakfast. It ended before I could get to the window that I did not leave with it so I could make sure that if it didn’t show back up on my card, I could call their customer support with some sort of manager name and how much the amount you know like that I didn’t leave with my breakfast and it needed to be refunded in case it didn’t show back up like he said Sorry I don’t trust anything like that unless it’s physically on freaking paper but the way he was the way they were to me about it is BS.
And on a sidenote to the manager or the people that are working there if breakfast is till 1030 that means you have to serve breakfast all the way to 1030 and if orders in the app allow you to order breakfast all the way up to 1030 then you have to serve it till 1030 not I understand you’re trying to hurry to get lunch ready so you’ve already put up breakfast. No that’s like people at Walmart trying to close down early and not letting people in 10 minutes before they close, it doesn’t work like that Like it’s bad customer service especially when a manager does you like that all you have to do is write something down on a note which then I had some sort of something a manager name and what not that I didn’t leave with my breakfast so I could make sure I got my money back in case it glitched out and didn’t put it back, which has happened on other apps. I’m so freaking ticked off right now. It’s not even funny if I didn’t get my coffee at a different McDonald’s every day all day I would never order McDonald’s again after today. Definitely not the way to handle a glitch on their part.

Do not come to this McDonald’s!! My son was not let in after school, they had a lady watching the front door and locking kids out!! Not even letting them in! Even after my son showed the lady he had money in his hand! So I went inside and asked to speak to the manager who apparently was no longer there, spoke to another person who says they are no longer letting kids in after school even if they have money! They have NO SYSTEM as to how many kids are allowed in and for how long! What if there is an emergency (a kid being followed by a predator, or simply a kid who doesn’t have a key to get inside their house) this is ridiculous! Maby don’t work at a fast food place if you don’t want to clean up after you customers! Maby if some kids are being ‘bad’ their words! Then maby tell those kids they need to leave. But not letting random kids in just because you don’t want to deal with them is not fair at all!! Then as I was leaving the I’m assuming‘assistant manager’ proceeds to very rudely kick 4 kids out! Telling them it’s been 30 minutes and they need to leave!

MOLD on buns at 3am is wild!! Pay attention. & to not check the food BEFORE OR AFTER when I gave it back, but to continue asking what’s wrong with it after?? Like pay attention, mold spores all over the top of the bun clearly. They didn’t show any remorse, no apology, but at least I got a refund.

Monday when I came here about 2pm and it was pleasant. My son was playing with other kids and the moms were all helping one another in some way with the tiny kiddos. The restroom was very clean. My food could’ve been hotter but it was decent. Today is Wednesday and around noonish. The tables and floors need tending too with spills and stickiness. My food was brought out with kindness. The play place is decent. I will come back when I’m in the area again. Monday I had the spicy snack wrap and it was good but today they don’t have it.. So I ordered the regular ranch wrap.

The service from the latina women who prepare the food in the kitchen is really disappointing. There’s no attention or kindness toward the customers at all. There’s also no self-serve station for sugar or condiments — you have to ask for everything, and they act annoyed when you do. Very unpleasant experience.
The woman who cleans the place was very polite and attentive.

I had my order on app and went there to pick up. The lady was are you using mobile app today? And I said yes and then she was okay ? Than again after a minute, same question repeated I was waiting her to ask for code so I had to confront her that I have a code and she was replying okay in very rudely “come to 1st window” and than got receipt and took my order. After coming home opening the bag just to know they forgot my big mag which was the only thing for my cousin, so upset. I could not go to that line back again just to get the burger back so disappointed please do better McDonald. 9pm orders are chaos but still don’t forgot the order that we paid for.

Joshua has the most upbeat energy. His demeanor uplifted me on my exhausting break and he is full of Christmas spirit. I’ve never heard a more genuinely kind and enthusiastic McDonald’s employee. Not only does he need a raise he needs a promotion. I went out of my way to ask who took my order because he wasn’t at check out in the drive thru. He was incredible! Go Joshua!

This is ridiculous every time I order something they either forget something or they take forever to make it when there’s no one else in line. Also they’re sweet always tates horrible like it’s expired or isnt sweet at all and this isn’t the first time either it’s happened multiple times.
