We went to sonic in wilsonville today. It was pur first time ever at Sonic. One of our orders ended up wrong as it was a bit confusing. We let them know and they immediately went to fix it. The manager Sergio came out just to clarify our order and offered to remake all of our food (even the stuff that was correct)just incase it wasn’t warm and perfectly fresh. He handled things better than any restaurant I’ve been to in Years. He was beyond kind, offered us drinks to stay cool since it’s 100° today’s. His outstanding customer service stood out and we will definitely be going back again! Thanks Sergio!!!
…i got my “food” right at about 5pm… i only got down ½of the regular cheeseburger, ½of the fries, 2 mozzarella sticks, and maybe ¼ of the shake. I strongly recommend NOT eating at the WILSONVILLE RD SONIC! I’ll update after i make my visit to the er. I called sonic sind 9:30ish pm but they had apparently gone home for the day but look forward to hearing from the owners or representative soon to find out if anyone else has had similar issues yesterday or any other recent day…..
However, my burger arrived without cheese or ketchup but instead had mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. When I asked for it to be corrected, the staff initially suggested that I had entered my order incorrectly in the app. However, when selecting a plain Sonic cheeseburger, it only includes bread, meat, and cheese—meaning all I did was remove the cheese and add ketchup. It took about five minutes to sort out, and there was some confusion among the staff about the menu item’s default ingredients.
Despite this, the staff was friendly and quickly brought out the corrected sandwich. I even offered to return the incorrect one, but they told me to keep it. I would have rated my experience four stars despite the minor mix-up, but the unnecessary back-and-forth over whether I had made the mistake was a bit frustrating when the menu displays what’s all included by default.
