We haven’t even left yet but I had to leave a review. Firstly, our amazing waitress Kenzie – who is the sweetest and took our orders perfectly. The food was amazing 10/10. For apps we got the Bruschetta and the house garlic knots – both super tasty. For mains, we got – the Pasta Sampler, Chicken Alfredo Carbonara, and the Pasta Combo. All so delicious but my favorite was the sampler. For drinks we got a Hugo Spritz, Euphoria, and Pomegranate juice (not sweet, natural taste). The juice was unbelievably refreshing! I had to get 2 of those. For dessert we got the dark chocolate gelato, which was sooo rich and the tiramisu which was a delight! The portions were perfect. We will definitely be back!!!!

Simply choose Noli’s Vite for your small dinner or large gathering. The attention from the staff starts your meal with a smile. The menu has something for everyone or 4 and you have to make a hard decision. The calamari appetizer is beautifully seasoned, enough breading for crunch but not overpower the calamari. A lovely level of heat as well. The entrees served were fresh and top quality; chicken arrabiata, chicken piccata, lobster ravioli, spaghetti & meatballs, and lasagna. The kitchen staff earned a standing ovation from our group. When we ordered a coffee at the end of the meal, we were met again with an elevated version. This establishment knows what hospitality looks and feels like. Bravo.

We had a great experience at Nolan Vita in New Braunfels! We sat at the bar and were taken care of by Maddie and Will, and they were fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and just made the whole evening fun.
We actually started with dessert first (no regrets!) and then decided to order the meatballs and veggies after. Everything was delicious.
Great atmosphere, great service, and we’ll definitely be back.

Came to New Braunfels for an appointment & discovered this gem! The service was great! We were seated right away & given delicious garlic bread knots with garlic olive oil to start.
The menu has great selection.
Great appetizer, entrees, desserts, drinks and coffees! Waitresses reccomendations were excellent!
Our waitress was great! My glass was ne er empty & she made sure we had everything we needed. Was descriptive and patient with my questions about different plates.
My tortellini plate was filling and great size for the price. The chicken vegetable soup was awesome! Sweet tea was fresh, the garlic knots…. The Garlic Knots!! So good.
My Macchiato was wonderful and perked me up for the drive back to San Antonio! Very well made!
Loved the details in decor, it was beautiful, clean and welcoming.
I can’t wait to bring my husband here to try! Loved the service, food and vibe!
Only thing I can think of to improve is – if y’all made the Caesar dressing from scratch that would send y’all to another level! It was still very good, I’m just a salad snob.

Food 2 stars: had a glass of prosecco, husband had vodka and Red Bull. Drinks were good. Started with bread service. It was good but not great. Bread could have been more fresh. Next was mozzarella sticks. Tasted and looked like frozen store bought. Wasn’t impressed. Caesar salad was decent but not great. The dressing tasted and had the consistency of store bought. Entrees were shrimp scampi for myself. I was disappointed. The sauce was not a white wine, garlic, and lemon based. It just didn’t taste good. And had a weird color to it. My husband had the lasagna. He said it was just OK. My daughter had the baked ziti. She did like that.
Service 5 stars: our server, Kaitlyn, was really good. Very sweet and welcoming and very attentive.
Atmosphere 4 stars: cute and homey feel.
I really wanted to like this place and was looking forward to it due to the other reviews. Unfortunately, it just missed the mark for us.

Fantastic food and service! Kenzie was a great server! We came for lunch and they had amazing specials with enough leftover for dinner. And the homemade garlic knots are to die for! We will definitely be back.

Maddi did a great job taking care of us 2 times and all in her first week. Will also has done very good job for us. We like to sit the bar and enjoy our very good food. My husband loves the meat lovers pizza as well as other dishes. The service has always been good the owners are there all the time.

Maddie and Will are phenomenal; gave us great tips, good suggestions and more importantly, great conversation with our meal and drinks! Not much of a dessert person but the lemon mascarpone was light and tasty. I would definitely have that again. Highly recommend Noli’s Vite for food, atmosphere, and drinks.
