Ordered the Shuiya Ramen and Grilled Chicken Ramen. Wonderful broth, great noodles, excellent toppings. Super flavorful dishes all around.
Spicy garlic edamame is also very flavorful and quite the upgrade over traditional edamame. Will definitely order again!
Make sure to also try the hot sake as it pairs well with the rameb and is very tasty. So good.

Great customer service but food looks better than it tastes. We had the takoyaki which was pretty good but the susuru ramen was just plain bad. We got two ramens – the mild broth was excruciatingly bland and the chili oil on the spicy broth didn’t add any heat but added a weird battery-like aftertaste.
Our server was very nice and replaced the ‘spicy’ broth with a regular but good service can’t save bad food. Hope they up their food game.

Came here during a visit, and overall was disappointed. The servers were very polite and the atmosphere was cozy, but the food was a letdown. It looked a lot better than it tasted. The takoyaki and duck buns were very obviously frozen. The ramen broth had very little flavor and richness. The tonkotsu pork was dry and so was the karaage. Could be an off night, but was expecting a lot more.

We got a flat tire in our way from nyc to RI and ended up stuck in tarrytown for the day. It was rainy and the ramen we had at Susuru warmed up our stomachs and made us smile. We found it to be really good ramen and especially appreciated how the broth had just the right amount of salt. The service was excellent. Thank you Susuru!

Was staying only one cold night in the area and wanted a warm, delicious meal and got it! The Chashu bums were like little pork-filled pillows and the medium-spicy Tonkotsu warmed me up in the sub 20 degree night… Not too spicy, but wakes up your taste buds! Mmmm-Mmmm GREAT!

I ordered pork gyozas and miso with pork . To begin the gyozas are delicious and cooked perfectly, tasted amazing.. better than the main meal . The miso wasn’t good, very plain. I asked for medium spicy and I would’ve thought id have more flavor with the spice but not at all . A plain broth with a hint of spicy . The chashu was the bast part of the plate.

I’ve been here a few times. Inside always feels friendly and clean. The ramen was tasty and full of lots of ingredients, but I preferred the flavor and salt level of the chicken don (rice plate), which was super good. The sauce on their pork dumplings is worthy of lots of praise as well.
