I stopped visiting for a while because of the service, today we decided to give it a shot again and it was a wonderful experience, Jacob did an amazing job, he is polite, professional and attentive, he was on point!!! Food was good. Little bit loud for me but is just because I am old. We will be back when Jacob is in the house!!

I’m going to be upfront and honest. I’ve never experienced a slower Applebee’s in my life. I’m not sure who my server was she was trying her best but there was audible drama and the staff was speaking about a lady at a table and they were making a fuss about it. Right by our table by where people wait to be seated. Also, I witnessed the host take like 20 minutes to clear one table. And then when she took the dishes she still left some, didn’t attend to them for almost another ten minutes. There is a lack of time efficiency and urgency going on in this restraunt. I’m not sure who is of management but as a general manager myself I could immediately see the issues. Your staffs attitudes stink. All but the woman who was all done up in make up, etc. she was awesome. Nobody wants to go to somewhere that the employees are clearly unhappy. It almost felt like a Chipotle. You can feel the dark vibes when you enter the building.

This place was not as bad as I thought it would be based on other people’s reviews. I will start with the bad and mention the good at the end.
Cons / Bad:
The people at the bar were WAY TOO LOUD FOR A RESTAURANT SETTING. I couldn’t enjoy my dinner with my family because of the noise. It was as loud as a concert in there.
Constructive feedback:
Restaurant could be a little cleaner. The floor was messy. No one likes to eat in a dirty place. I would recommend more frequent cleanings with a broom.
Food temperature could have been a little hotter as it got cold kind of fast.
The GOOD:
The waitress was lovely she did her best to accommodate all of the tables she was responsible for.
The gentleman who seated us got us seated quickly. There was no wait. We came on 12/28/25 Sunday at around 07:30 PM.
The food was yummy I really liked the chicken andouille sausage penne.

I got the burger grill cheese/ tomato soup meal. Soup was cold when I got it. Grill cheese burger had no seasonings on it. The entire meal tasted like a frozen microwave meal.

I had a great lunch with a friend and the food was excellent, especially the mozzarella sticks and the best hamburger I’ve had in a long time. The service was very good and the atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would definitely come back.

I had ordered a medium rare steak here. Steak came completely rare and inedible. No it was not medium rare at all. I asked the kitchen to cook it a little longer. Steak came back smoking, which meant they microwaves it. Cut it open and it was well done and chewy. Seasoning and char was fine everything else was sub par.

The restaurant was not kept to their best standard. Cleanliness wise.
