From the greeter at the door to our waitress, Emily, the service was TOP notch! The food was hot, fresh and tasty. They paced the appetizer from the main course perfectly. We even spoke to Joe, the manager, to let him know how pleased we were. We highly recommend this location.

Order some takeout and ordered the chicken Parmesan and it comes with Alfredo sauce. In my experience when you do a takeout they barely give you any sauce and the noodles are so dry so I learned and always ask for extra sauce which I get charged for and that’s ok with me. Well tonight eventhough I asked for it, when I checked my order before I left the restaurant Lord, behold the sauce was not in there. I asked for extra sauce and the person that was cashing me out said it would be extra. That’s fine. I don’t care they charge me $1.29 and they gave me a small dressing cup of Alfredo sauce. Now please tell me this isn’t a rip off! I don’t mind paying for extra sauce I’m perfect ok with that but if you are going to charge the customer $1.29 please make sure you give them sauce. I used to work in restaurants until I graduated college so I know how the industry is but this is so shameful and they wonder why people do not leave a tip for takeouts. Treat the customers fairly.

Don’t waste your money!! Ordered door dash and it was terrible. Portions are ridiculous for the price and there was a long hair on my mozzarella sticks!!! $20 for 8 HARD OVERCOOKED chicken wings with spilled sauce. Steak smaller than a burger. Salad container mostly empty.
Called to speak with someone (not even for a refund but to report the hair bc someone else probably has hair in their food too!!! To warn them) and she blew us off. Terrible customer service.

On Memorial day we had a opportunity to dine at the Applebee’s Grill in Kettering during their all you can riblets, shrimp and chicken strips promotion. Our service, meal and experience was excellent from beginning to end. We we thoroughly enjoyed the quick service and we were set at at our table quickly. Our food was hot and delicious. And we were given good portion sizes for each of the all you can eat options. It was well worth the price!

Waitress was very nice.
Ordered Bahama Mama couldn’t taste the alcohol and told them I think they forgot to add the spiced rum. Manager came over and I explained again. He put his nose in my drink and stated he can smell the alcohol. Then hands it back and I refused!!! How gross his nose all in my glass!! Tacky!! I asked for them to put more rum he declined.I asked can you make it over and make it correctly and he said the drink was fine!! Then our bourbon chicken and shrimp came out and the shrimp was hard and chewy. Mashed potatoes the outside was hard where it sat on the plate to long. Spoke with assistant manager and what a nice man! He was very nice and apologized. As I told him the appetizers was wonderful! The waitress was very nice.

Absolutely Disgusting! I wish we would have looked at our cups before we drank them down enough to see this. However it is hard when you’re in a group to pay attention to what should be a small standard detail! Once we noticed this we had already paid unfortunately my husband spent the rest of the night ill from the sight! It just making you think what standard is their cooking area and even their process of washing dishes! I would attach photos but it appears I cannot. The filth would smear if you applied enough pressure. The sevice was also very slow we were sat took about 30 minutes to take our order then about an hr to get our food. We were not once checked on either. THEY WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL SUNDAY AROUND 3-5

The food was NOT good at all. It was 2 waitresses and one I believe was bartender. The waitress we had was GREAT and made sure she checked on us. The pickle fries would have been good if they werent under my sauces. The drink was mediocre but I guess worth $6. I loved Applebee’s back in the day but not EeeewYUCK….

Rosalind was slow! About 4 customers in building, took 1/2 hour to get food. Also ordered take out which we never received. Never come back. We go out to dine several times a week and this place is soooo slow. 11-10-25 at4:54pm. Got a duplicate receipt because we weren’t waiting for take out. Should have been ready! Will never come back

Applebees was amazing! Zachariah made the difference, swift orders, comedic relief and all around a fun guy to talk to. Kept our drinks coming all night long and made sure the vibe of our 8 person group was happy and well served.
Was sad to see that the outside lights were turned off, couldn’t tell they were open, Zachariah was unhappy to hear this as well because there was 12 patrons in store. After this experience I was saddened to think People in Kettering may not even know how good their experience could be at Applebees.
I will be returning hopefully to be Served by Zachariah.

me and my fiancé work late nights. tried to come at 11 when the hours said they were open until 12 but someone inside said they were closed and most of the lights were out. we would’ve take good care of the waitress for the late seating. i would’ve eaten at my restaurant had i known they were closed an hour early.
