Haven’t been in awhile thought it sounded good. Walked in and placed a to-go order. That experience was good. Santa Barbara char burger and fries. No special requests. Pretty simple you would think.
When the order was ready I asked for catsup and two ranch dressings. Manager on duty took the ranch dressing out of the fridge and dropped them on top of the napkins they put on top of the French fries to keep them warm. Didn’t seem like a genuis move.
Once in car I took the cold ranch off what I thought were hot fries. Drove seven minutes home. My bride took the food out the bag. Fries were cold, brown and extra extra crispy. Char burger had a little heat – was on life support.
Rarely go so no big loss except for $15, my time, and my thought of a delicious Santa Barbara char and fries.

There was one front worker that didn’t want to acknowledge any of the customers waiting & lots of customers had missing items including us, they forgot our fries, drinks & chocolate milk. The food was not bad for the price.

The vegan burger was okay, not bad. Which is actually a vegetable type burger. Not the “Impossible” meat type. Since it’s hard to find sweet potato fries in fast food establishments today I was glad that I chose those instead of the regular ones, and they were DELICIOUS. Also the different types of lemonade were refreshing, which I love. Next time when I go there, I will definitely try a milk shake.

Got the gotta habit burger special at least 3 times this week. Very good burger and the chicken bites were crispy and fresh. The drinks are very good especially that dragonfruit lemonade. The burger i got was only a half burger but very fulfilling. The tempura green beans were very good and fresh, lightly crispy.

Don’t come here. Just don’t do it. We have had terrible experience both time. I had a bad experience and said ok maybe they were just off that day or that cook and tried again and nope just terrible. We ordered two avocado chicken sandwich they gave both without avocado – it has the ingredient right in the name and we did not request it off we requested to add on grilled onions and pickles nope that wasn’t added either. The couple we came with as a group got their order erased they were never making it after 45 mins of waiting they realized they had erased it off the orders so they had paid and wasted time. Everything was just terrible. We complained and with us 2 other customers we didn’t know for same reason extreme wait and wrong orders. But hey that didn’t seem tos top them from chatting up a storm and look at us like we were bothering them by eating here. Save your time and money maybe try a different location cause I love the habit food just this was worst experience

Had a veggie burger here that was terrible. Lame texture, and just bland. I rarely bother to leave bad reviews, but it was that bleh and blah, and in this day and age, this is unforgivable to me. There are so many great meatless alternatives!

I ordered at the kiosk like normal and paid, a woman followed after me. I got the text that my order was ready and I guess her to because she breezed passed me and grabbed a bag and left, I went up to find nothing. I was waiting there to speak with someone (no one acknowledged me) until she came back stating her order is wrong (my order she took) but she manhandled all the burgers and fry out of the bag. A manager finally came to assist her then I said she took mine but I need a fresh order. At this moment about 15-20 HS kids showed up in line and maybe because of that rush I was told I’d have to wait (it’s 4:20 PM at this point but I can’t wait long because I work at 5 PM) then he left. I asked a kid there if I cannot get a fresh order then how do I cancel and refund in which he stated “oh I’ll have to get the manager” but he was out of sight and I could not wait longer. I understand rushes like that happen and it can get chaotic but you should prioritize customers with wrong orders and even more if someone else touched their food, I left with my half order because 2 fries were missing as I needed to get back home to log on to work.

I ordered a charburger today at 6:30 pm and I didn’t have any grilled onions on it. Also my charburger was small and burnt. It barely had any mayo on it and it wa extremely. My wife and I have been going here for the past couple of years and always loved the food. Very dissatisfied with the level it has gone down. Please find better chefs lol
