I love wawa but this location, or at least one person specifically in the kitchen clearly has zero drive to do his job. I ordered 2 chicken snack wraps. I waited 13mins for them. People had come and gone that ordered before/after me. Just to be given this. Apparently it took someone 13 minutes to make 2 of these wraps. The cheese was still ice cold.

As a northern gal, I love Wawa. I always have. When I see one I feel like I’m in a good area and it’s almost always a safe bet for a pick me up or good meal. I also love the rewards program.
But this location in particular made the yummiest avocado toast this morning, and the whole staff behind the kiosk counter was silly. Made my morning. Every one of them deserves a raise after this avocado toast.

Didn’t get a welcome in when I walked in but everybody else did. Manager followed me around store as if I was going to steal a coffee and old lady at register was so rude about using self check out and forgetting I only had cash and was all moody putting money in cash register as if that’s not her job and I don’t know why you always have to ask for recipt now and days. It should be given automatically. This is why I prefer self check out….

Definitely one of the better Wawas in North Florida. Food and coffee is prepped WAY better. Everybody that works there is awesome, especially Robbin. She has an impeccable sense of humor and always brightens my day. This place most certainly has enhanced my morning routine.

went after work and put in a mobile order for a wrap and a drink, turns out someone took it so they told me to place one through the ziosk, cool no biggie.
The issue comes in when my pickup time was at 12:50 l, i got there 5 after i didn’t get everything until 1:20? So i sat there waiting after everyone else’s orders bc someone took my mobile order and waited 30 minutes past my pick up time, bummer

This Wawa location has gone downhill after only being open for less than a year. I stopped by on Christmas Day morning. Yes, Christmas because I work at the hospital down the street. I placed a mobile order for a bacon & egg quesadilla and an iced coffee. The quesadilla was an overcooked, dry, sloppy mess. I took two bites and tossed the rest of it in the trash. The Dulce de Leche iced coffee tasted more like candy than coffee. It probably didn’t even have coffee in it. I understand that it’s Christmas Day and it sucks to work, but that quesadilla especially, should never have left the kitchen. I’ll be skipping this Wawa location for food and drinks for good.

I feel sorry for people that don’t know about Wawa. The first time I went, my daughter made fun of the name and we have been loyal fans ever since! Whether you want a smoothie, sandwich, amazing coffee, donuts, basically I would give it the respect of calling it a restaurant back there because the food is so good! Signing up for the app allows you to earn points and you can redeem free items. Wawa is the best! In the photos is a tuna sandwich, which I am so picky about. Pickle and mustard. The Wawa cookies are warm if you order them from the screen and the cookies alone are worth being a repeat customer! Five big stars!
