The service was fast and friendly. We order a large pepperoni and a large pepperoni, mushroom and Jalapeño pizza and they were cooked to perfection. So tasty with plenty of sauce and cheese. We love Peter Piper! Thank you to the awesome staff!

Employees were great and all the games worked. Ton of fun for the whole family. They also had a heart pizza for Valentine’s Day. The slices were nonsense, but the gesture was there and always fun to see a heart pizza.

This location has its up and downs. I believe it’s the work ethics the young kids and management brings.
Food was good as always hot and tasty.
Customer service was on point especially the kids bussing the tables, AMAZING customer service.
Clean as well, of course there’s always turn around of people but the bussers are cleaning tables.
There wasn’t a dirty table left unclean. Picked up within a mint or so after the customer left.

Came to this Westside location because we were on this side of town.
So I will say we were a little disappointed with the way our pizza came out. We got the stuffed crust pepperoni with half olives. It had way more sauce than any cheese at all. Looking at other people’s pizzas we felt shorted. The crust did taste good though but it was not appetizing or pleasing to the eyes.
On top of that there was a carpeted floor tile that was sticking up at the corner which tripped my wife and she almost fell. We did let the manager know but he did not seem to go over right away and take a look at it. In my opinion that was something urgent that should have been taken action on immediately.

A takeout order. We placed an order through their website. We were told about 20 minutes.
We drove there 20 minutes later, they were just finishing up boxing the pizza. It was a painless and easy experience.
The place looked clean and well taken care of. We were just there to pick up our pizza.
The X-Large pizza (16″) was actually really good, and so were the garlic cheese bread. About $24 for all.

I ordered two large pizzas for carry out. When I picked them up, there was some miscommunication between the online order and the location and one of the pizzas had the wrong toppings. Not the fault of the staff yet an employee and the manager were quick and willing to make sure I was happy with the order and they corrected it by making a new pizza, even while hosting 5 parties and many more pizza eaters! They went above and beyond without any hesitation. Extremely pleased! The employees were Priscilla, Manager Richard, and Team Leader Rafa.

Danny and other managers were super helpful! We fed the entire Franklin football team and they made the whole experience super easy and affordable. Would recommend for a large group to anyone!

We had my daughter’s 3rd birthday here and were immediately welcomed with accommodations. I went in early to finalize some things and get a better understanding of our package and management was sweet enough to set up our tables early and walk me through the process.
Our hostess, Aissa, was on her GAME. Ya girl went above and beyond. I’m sure they’re prepared for running back and forth for parties, but I still have to give her credit because everything came out so quickly and there wasn’t a single issue.
During ticket redemption, Vivika, went out of her way to make my daughter feel extra special which was incredible. She helped her navigate what toys she could get and together they picked one big prize. My daughter hasn’t let go of that toy since leaving.
All in all a really wonderful experience and I’m overwhelmed with happiness that my kids first big birthday went so well!
