On our Pacific NW roadtrip, we discovered and I mean, discovered some of the best coffee & drinks in Oregon…with the highest level of customer service we’ve experienced being from the East coast. At all locations we visited (had it 4x’s), baristas were young, vibrant, full of energy and smiles! I just couldnt believe they write nice messages and give compliments TOO :).
I wish they would start to franchise East!!
So, we’re off to Pacific Rockies in June and Dutch is in West Valley near Salt Lake. I’m overjoyed! Can’t wait to get my Annihilator. Soooo good for the soul.

Just went through the Dutch bros line in Renton and had an amazing experience. Amanda took my order and help me pick out a drink for a friend visiting. She was kind and patient with me and gave me some great options. My drink was amazing and what made it better was the outstanding customer service Amanda you Rock!

Dutch Bros Coffee always hits the mark for energy and friendly service. The crew is upbeat, quick, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. Drinks are super customizable, and they never blink when you ask for extra flavor or oat milk instead of regular.
The coffee is on the sweeter side, but that’s part of the fun. Perfect spot if you want something cold, flavorful, and fast before work or a road trip. The drive-thru line can get long, but it moves faster than most.

This coffee stand is absolutely amazing! The customer service is always warm and welcoming—they truly make you feel valued as a customer. Every drink I’ve tried has been delicious, perfectly made, and consistent in quality. It’s clear that they care about both their craft and their customers. Love them but this drive thru line is always long and backs up into the parking lot. They should take over the abandoned sonic next door. If you want to walk up you can but they don’t keep the outside sidewalk area very clean. It’s actually kind of gross. They have enough people working someone should be keeping the outside looking nice.

The worst experience here. The person standing outside to take our order ruined our entire day. We asked for a drink we’ve gotten at 6 different locations along the west coast in just the past 5 days! She tells us they don’t have that and it’s not a thing at DB. lol okay. So we tell her it’s okay, we’re good and start to leave. She stops us, tells us she needs to finish the order, and asks us “what do we want to put that into?” We were so confused. Umm put it into a cup? What are you asking us? She then explains that what we were asking for is just a flavor and asks us if we want a mocha or breve. Oh okay, so you do have some idea of what we’re asking for? A minute ago you told us it wasn’t a thing. If we didn’t have kids ready for the their got chocolate, we definitely would’ve just left.

Everyone is always super friendly, and give great recommendations for new drinks to try. Today they gave us one of their extra Dutch Brothers bracelets. Love them!

Usually love coming to this Dutch but tonight became an uncomfortable experience for me and my friends, we came after the Superbowl and went through the drive thru and was met with two girls taking our order, once arriving one girl had made a comment on our jerseys and insisted that we tipped her $120 because of the 12th man and what not, which left us baffled at first, we brushed it off but it still left an awkward tension, we continued to place our order and the same girl kept suggesting that we tip her $120, we then awkwardly joked about how we dont even make enough in a day to tip that much and the same girl then reccomends that we find money on Aurora ave…. At that point the interaction turns from uncomfortable to disrespectful, it was truly one of the most devastating and upsetting experience.

First time getting Dutch coffee. Great service, great coffee and prices too. Normally, two 24oz drinks would cost me at least $15 elsewhere. I’m a little by it when it’s said $12.

Always a pleasant experience chatting with the staff and going through the drive through.
The drinks are extremely customizable and whatever you get is good. The staff will come take your order if the line gets long, so you won’t be waiting long.
The drinks are sweet, ordering them half sweet is not a bad idea.
