Food hit so hard it had me like:
“This isn’t fast food… this is a lifestyle.”
Service so good I briefly considered leaving a tip, a thank-you card, and my firstborn.

Katie and Michael did a great with our order and Katie even gave me her suggestion for her sauce selection. I am always a huge cilantro and love that they have that as a selection! Always have great portion sizes and the overall location is well placed! It’s my new favorite spot for bowls, burritos, nachos and more!!!

Two weeks in a row I have been and both times I ordered 2 Burritos on Wednesday and it’s supposed to be Wayback Wednesday, each time was charged full amount, then was told they could only take 10% off cause it was already rung in.. it’s not the point of the money , I’m a restaurant owner in the Cape and it’s not good, cause I’m sure I’m not the only one.. I am in often and rewards member.. was it n both times around 6:30 ish.. its only a matter of 2.00 maybe with some people and I have them in my place they complain or just don’t come back.. dont want to see you lose customers if it happens repeatedly to them.. your food is great

Had a great experience at 3Pepper Burrito in Cape Coral (Veterans & Santa Barbara location). Michael and his crew were outstanding—super friendly, fast, and really attentive. The service was just as good as the food. You can tell they care about their customers. Definitely one of the best spots around for a fresh and satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience at Chipotle today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted. Huge thanks to Katie and Kaitlin for being so friendly and attentive — they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The service was fast, the restaurant was spotless, and the whole vibe was great. Definitely one of the best Chipotle visits I’ve had!

The food was fine but the service was lacking. I walked in to no greeting at the counter, the kid making tortillas didn’t acknowledge me until it was my turn to order in which he just stared blankly waiting until I told him my order. The kid rolling the burrito could be barely roll it, it took him roughly ten tries and still couldn’t roll it properly. His gloves were dirty so he left the outside of my burrito dirty. There was no hospitality and it seemed like no one cared.
