Not bad seafood restaurant overall. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly. Most of the dishes were tasty and fresh, but a few items could use a little more attention in preparation and seasoning. Still, it was a good experience

First time being here, 02/28/2026 in all honesty the experience was bad not horrible but bad yes. 40 min wait not all that but when they sat there was so many tables open it was 8:01pm and people were still waiting?? The waiter oh my godddd she was very sweet but everything took forever and didn’t really check in on us. The food was alright for a check that was 142$ it wasn’t that great in my opinion and the rice was so nasty hella butter on it. My opinion it’s an ok restaurant if you wanna spend money JUST to spend it I say go. But if you want good food don good because they definitely don’t have that.

This was my first experience at red lobster. We had to wait two minutes before being greeted and offered seating. We both enjoyed how each dish tasted, however I feel as though her jambalaya was a small portion. They did not have certain things on the menu available at the time. I feel as though the place had a smell. The menus had stains on them and other aspects of the restaurant just were dingy. The floors were sticky. Our server was busy with two tables, made a woman a drink and it took serval minutes to pay for our meal. The server was very attentive with making sure our drinks were full though and he was nice. The free bread rolls and refills were nice as well.

Out just to get out the house. Decided to come to red lobster Gurnee location and Andrew was our server when I say the customer service was top notch he was very attentive. Didn’t have to call or look for him and our food was hot and fresh big ups to the cook All of our food was very tasty and check out the Nauti Prach Long Island and the Grand Patron Margarita it does not miss! Very good! Thank you again Andrew!!

Our server Erika was great, cheerful, and attentive. We got there near closing time but were seated for dinner. We were excited to try the New Seafood boil bags! First off, the Cajun butter bag- chef’s kiss . But we had a few mistakes that made the dining experience unsatisfactory. We asked to add sausage to our Cajun boil bag and not only was the sausage missing, but so were the snow crab legs. and my son’s drink, the Purple Haze, never got there either. He was the most disappointing since it was his meal and drink that was messed up. Now the Garlic butter bag, had everything, and was good but a little underwhelming. Go with the Cajun!! We understand it was the first week with this new menu item and may give it another shot.. if I can convince my son

I haven’t been yo red lobster in years. Wow, they turned this place around from the drinks to the dessert. Great job. I had probthe best service I ever had this day. Celebrating my sons birthday. She made it even better, not overbearing but caring and enjoyed her job.

Order food to go via phone and when I arrived I was greeted by the host. LaSierra the bartender checked on my order and was able to call Bradley (manager) to adjust the price on my rewards for Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Scrumptious!
Omg. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. This was, hands down, the best service I have experienced with Red Lobster.

Placed a to-go order, after shopping at gurnee mills, 12 extra biscuits the size of tiny silver dollars, extra hushpuppies barely there and my main dish new Orleans salmon had 2 tiny shrimp, small salmon and frozen looking broccoli for 40 dollars that’s a rip-off!! Theres too many other options. I used to love red lobster 🙁
