The food was good but it felt slightly overrated. We picked this placed over others because of auch high rating but felt a little underwhelming as we could’ve tried something else that would’ve been more interesting.

Having said that, the atmosphere and the food was good.

A lovely little Thai restaurant in the centre of Lyon.
You can order either using the machine or by scanning a QR code on your phone and paying online – very convenient.
We tried both vegan and non-vegan dishes, and the taste and portion sizes were really good.
The ambience was nice, the service was quick, and overall it was a great spot to enjoy Thai food. Would definitely recommend!

We came here for early dinner at around 17:20 and the restaurant was almost empty. It has a good Asian vibe. Food can be ordered using the QR code on the table but requires registering a mobile number, unfortunately Royaume-Uni (United Kingdom) was not on the country list. I repeated my order at the self service kiosk. Food selection was limited in comparison to the banner outside of the restaurant. We ordered Caramelised Pork, Bo Bun Beef Lemongrass, Sweet Chili Bao, and bubble tea. From ordering the food to servicing we waited about 30min. Apart from the bao which was juicy, the rest of the orders were just ok and we didn’t finish it in the end.

Nice little restaurant located in Lyon city center, in Rue Mercière. Price is cheap, food is tasty but portions were a bit small, as you can see in the photos. However, staff were very friendly and we didn’t wait a lot for our food. Recommend if you want to eat Asian dishes on a budget.

It’s my first Indonesian and Vietnamese food. Caramel pork tasty is similar with Korean food, beef rendang is not familiar but so good. You can order on the table and kiosk.

Very nice food. A little complicated navigating one’s way around the ordering process but all in all great experience. We had 3 mains and the only thing we didn’t love was that the beef bowl tasted a bit canned… And the siracha sauce could be better quality. However, clean premises, helpful staff and nice ambiance.

We ate at 15.45 which is no longer lunchtime in France I guess but we had no trouble whatsoever getting served and the order was actually brought to us really fast. Nice touch: they have water jugs available and you serve yourself when it comes to tap water.

Would definitely recommend. Good place to eat.

I’ve been to this place before with two of my friends. We stumbled upon this restaurant because it served Asian food, and we loved it. But there was a bit of drama during our visit. I ended up paying more than I should have due to a mistake made by the staff.

Here’s what happened:

When we arrived for lunch, we scanned the barcode to order our food. My friends and I scanned separately but decided to pay in cash at the cashier. One of my friends paid for her order by herself without any issues. The other friend and I decided to pay together in cash, and that went smoothly as well.

When the food arrived, we noticed there was an extra nasi goreng sumbawa (fried rice). We had only ordered one nasi goreng sumbawa, so I informed the staff. The staff member showed me a receipt that said we had ordered two. I insisted that we hadn’t. At first, I was confused and wondered if I had accidentally ordered double. But I was too hungry and tired to deal with it at the moment, so I just ate my meal while they took the extra nasi goreng away and said they would pack it up as a takeaway.

As I ate, I started thinking about what had happened and realized the issue. The staff had accidentally made a duplicate receipt. My friend who ordered the nasi goreng combined his order with mine to pay together at the cashier. There was no reason for the extra order.

After I finished eating, the staff member who had taken the order was on break, so I had to explain the situation to another staff member. I can just taken the takeaway food since they claimed we had already paid for it, but I didn’t want to. I don’t want to take something that is not mine. I explained that I hadn’t paid for it and reminded them I had only given 50 euros in cash for three meals: my tom yum and iced tea, the small rice chicken dish (I don’t know its name), and the nasi goreng with Coca-Cola.

It took 15 long minutes of back-and-forth until she finally understood. In the end, she told me, “You still need to pay because we already cooked it.”

At that point, I was too exhausted from the drama to argue further, so I just said fine. I ended up paying an extra 16 euros for the takeaway that nasi goreng and cola.

Honestly, it was their mistake, and I shouldn’t have had to pay for it.

The place and the food are great, though. My recommendation to anyone planning to visit, just make sure to either pay separately for each person or place one group order to avoid this kind of mix-up.

Great ambience, amazing staff, quick service. The food was also ok, the rice in my opinion was a bit too dry and I think the dish needed more sauce. I had the vegetarian teriyaki bowl.

Food was nice but just lacked a little oomph in the dishes.
I had the satay chicken noodles. Fresh and tasty. It’s a four from me with cool vibes!
