I love how this location is decorated for Halloween. We came in for a quick bite and thought the decorations were very cute. My son especially loved the inflatable spiders on top the drive thru awning. The restaurant was clean and so were their bathrooms. They offered quick and attentive service while we were at our table.

Always a pleasure to eat at any Chick-fil-A. They’re busy every time I go (which tells you about their food), but I’ve never had a bad experience. Staff are always friendly and eager to help. Restaurants are always clean. It’s a positive atmosphere.

An absolutely wonderful experience. The entire staff was attentive and efficient. The environment was clean and well decorated. I decided to dine in and very much appreciated how quickly my food was prepared not to mention delivered to my table. From what I viewed the staff and manager treated everyone with kindness and respect. Definitely a place to revisit!

I’ve never left a bad review for Chick-fil-A but the girl working the drive thru at 7:40pm on 03/07/26 was very rude. Every time I’ve gone to different Chick-fil-A’s all over the country including the 2 that I worked at, original coffee has a syrup that goes in it. I asked not to have that syrup. She said that original doesn’t contain syrup. Just to be safe I politley asked for her to type it to be sure. When my husband pulled up next she was talking extremely rude about me saying I was annoying to her coworker on the headset. Not something I’d expect fron Chick-fil-a of all places…..

I love this place. The food is always good. The service is usually pretty fast and OK and it is sometimes busy but the issue shouldn’t take at least like 10 minutes not too long but food is wonderful here and it’s a little pricey, but I think it’s worth it.

I hate that when you order for pickup, they don’t start your order until you’re already there. Which defeats the purpose in pickup vs just ordering.
The other shady thing is, if you’re ordering lunch food at breakfast there’s a pop up saying your food will take 10-20 minutes longer (which is fine) except it’s after you pay. So now you’re standing at chick fila to pickup the order you placed early, for 20- minutes. ♀️ You managed to save zero time and are annoyed.

2nd time visiting this place, not by my choice and neither was the first.
9.99 for a small piece of chicken on plain bread with 1 sliver of a pickle. This would be something I would expect off a dollar menu.
Never again, I don’t know how or why this place is so popular.

Excellent service, great food. Too bad the seasonal pretzel sandwich was sold out but that kinda thing happens. Will try it later. Special shout out to the two cashiers who were unphased by using a couple old gift cards I finally got around to using!

Love Chick-fil-a in general. Their chicken sandwiches have a real piece of chicken in them, which makes you wonder what other restaurants are calling a chicken sandwich. The only downside to this location is that they stopped playing the Christian instrumental music that Chick-fil-a is famous for and now play some random playlist. The music is not as inviting as it used to be.

I just wanted to say that here in Casa Grande Chick-fil-A worker named Susan who is so nice friendly to all the customers came to each table to ask if we needed anything how’s the food and when she was done she started cleaning tables she seems like a hard worker I just wanted to show appreciation towards her !
