Angel Knight was our server and she was very polite, and quickly took our drink order and came back shortly thereafter to see if we had any questions on the menu before ordering. The appetizers came out quickly, potato skins and were delicious. We enjoyed the bread with cinnamon butter and waited for our hamburgers. They were a good but too salty upon eating . We didn’t use salt on our food before taking first bite. My husband had the mushrooms and fried onions which he loved. Angel came by several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Very happy with service. Thanks Angel!

We had the best service by our waitress . Her name is.De’nasia. She was so attentive, checking on us several times and had everything prepared just as we wanted it. When I was complementing her at the end of our meal, she mentioned that it was actually her first week there. I would not have known that and wanna tell management that she’s definitely a keeper.

The food was okay overall, but the experience had some issues. They asked if I wanted onions on my chicken without mentioning it’s an extra charge, then added it to the bill as a surprise—feels deceptive. Also, multiple employees (including the manager and other staff) kept stopping by to check on the meal, on top of the waitress. It felt overly intrusive rather than attentive.
Please be upfront about add-ons and let one server handle the overall experience.

Jan 23 Natalie was our server. A great experience and great service. One issue was a lack of the peanut bucket on our table. Even though there were buckets on other tables. Peanuts are part of your signature and we missed them. We called to the attention of our server and she appologized and corrected it with the peanuts. She is tops!

Annabella was our waitress. The food was good as always but Annabella really made the experience a 10/10. She got our refills out in a fast manner and the food was hot. She was also on top of it when getting us new rolls, we didn’t even have to ask!

We had a very disappointing experience at this Texas Roadhouse.
We used to have great experiences here, but the service has seriously gone downhill over our last two visits. From the start of this visit, service was extremely slow. It took a long time just to get our initial drinks, and refills were nearly impossible because our server would disappear for long stretches of time. We even asked a manager for waters at one point and those were forgotten as well.
When our steaks finally arrived, they were undercooked. Our waiter dropped them off and vanished again for a while. When we were finally able to send the steaks back, they took a long time to return, and it was clear they were just cooked longer, not remade. They came back overcooked and horrible. We each tried a bite and could not eat them.
Nearly two hours into what was supposed to be a meal, we told our server we did not want the steaks and asked for the check. Despite all of this, we were charged full price for everything including the steaks we barely touched.
We live nearby but we will not be returning. Slow service and no effort to make things right made this an extremely frustrating experience. Date night ruined.

Our waitress Dasha was so nice and attentive it made my over cooked steak easier to over look. I did tell her and she consulted with the manger and they comped us $10 off which I thought was very fair since I was able to eat 3/4 of it. All our other food was correct and great! Dasha was by far the star of the show!

Our server De’Nasia is new & doing a fantastic job! We have no complaints! She made sure we got exactly what we asked for. Checked on us and even asked us how our day was and chatted with us! She’s doing a great job!
