My family and I decided to go to Village Inn while out and about at about 2:40pm. It was a great time to go! It was quiet and just a few patrons. The server was great and accommodated our requests. She had a very pleasant personality. I don’t know whether a new cook was hired but I usually get the same meal almost every time I go there and this time, the country fried steak seemed more flavorful than usual and cooked to perfection. We all had such a good experience.

As long-standing patrons of Village Inn, we wanted to take a moment to express our sincere and heartfelt appreciation for the truly exceptional experience your restaurant consistently provides.

For many years, Village Inn has been a cherished part of our community and a go-to spot for us. A significant reason for our continued loyalty is the incredible team you have cultivated. We specifically wish to commend Kelly, Tommy, and Adolfo, whose professionalism, warmth, and genuine attentiveness always stand out. However, our praise extends to every single member of your staff; they all contribute to the remarkably inviting atmosphere.

What truly sets Village Inn apart is the unwavering kindness and efficiency we encounter, regardless of how busy the restaurant may be. We have always been met with smiles, prompt service, and a welcoming demeanor – never an ounce of rudeness or impatience, even during peak hours. This consistent dedication to outstanding customer service, under pressure, is truly remarkable and deeply appreciated.

Having witnessed Village Inn’s evolution and changes throughout the years, we are consistently impressed by how the core values of professionalism, hospitality, and a genuinely welcoming environment have remained steadfast. It’s a testament to your excellent leadership and the dedication of your entire team.

Thank you, everyone, for consistently going above and beyond to make every visit a pleasant and memorable one. We look forward to many more wonderful experiences at Village Inn.

Sincerely,

Cheri & Ray Ramos

We ordered- delivery and we oredred tge family breakfast for dinner. This restaurant was one of our favorites in the area. The meal arrived fast. Opening the eggs I noticed that the eggs did not include the cheese we requested.

The one thing that we noticed most was the pancakes were flat. Normally, the packed are soft and good. This was not a good pancake. Another thing was that there was no seasoning on any of the food. Actually, McDonalds would have been a better option.

We were so disappointed.

Village Inn is definitely not what I remember growing up. This was my first experience at this particular location. They don’t have crayons or coloring activities for children anymore. The menu is smaller, and so are the portion sizes. The breakfast burrito is pretty large, but honestly the fillings are dry. They don’t even make homemade mac n cheese. It is literally box Kraft mac n cheese they charge $6.25 for that. One of my guests said their slice of pie wasn’t thaw. It was still partially frozen. The waitress may not have been able to speak good English.

When you’re in a service industry you do what is necessary for customer satisfaction. I ordered the fish and chips with fruit; however the fruit never arrived. I was just about finished with the meal when the server appeared and asked if I needed anything else. I suggested since he forgot the fruit he should offer me a slice of pie as compensation. English may not have been his first language, but I was promptly told NO. Such a shame suggestions are off the table (quite literally) and no apologies are offered. When you make a mistake you identify that mistake and admit it on the spot. Making yourself scarce throughout the customer visit is not only unacceptable, it’s down right rude. We must chalk this up to the new acronym of the year, SWIG. That stands for SELFISH, WASTEFUL, INCONSIDERATE & GREEDY. Pitiful!

It’s a Village Inn. Comfy place to hang out while waiting for check-in time at our nearby hotel. I wanted (needed) a small salad, so I ordered the combination soup & garden salad. It was just okay, not the best. Iceberg lettuce. Tomatoes were mushy and had tough skins, but it’s hard to get good tomatoes. Husband ate a big breakfast, eggs, hash browns, pancakes, sausage and bacon. I gave him half of my green chili to top his eggs. The chili was spicy, we like it that way, but flavor was just okay. Too much cornstarch or something, kind of “gelly”. However, our server was attentive and nice.
