Chick-fil-A on Princeton Road in Fairfield Township Ohio always has great customer service and a wide selection with something for everyone. Love the Spicy Chicken Deluxe. Hate to say it, but this trip was a miserable mess. Arrived to dine in at 3 pm on Labor Day. Much of dining room shut down to close at 4. My spicy deluxe chicken deliver to table as a soggy (as if just removed from a pool) nasty plain fried chicken. Female staffer downplayed nasty sandwich by saying “it’s just the butter, it’s not soggy.” It seriously looked and felt as though the sandwich was retrieved from the hot butter vat at a seafood buffet. Sandwich number 3 was fair at best. While waiting at counter for my 3rd sandwich, I noticed holding shelves for food was full. They were closing at 4 (an hour away) and guessing they were trying to close kitchen also. Wife’s chicken BLY also said to be fresh or good.

Usually a fine location, from getting in line to leaving took 20-25 minutes, line wasn’t even that long. When I pulled up had to wait as I watched about 7-8 cars in the other lane leave. No explanation or apologizes. Fries were cold bet the rest of the food was fine.

This Chick-fil-a is always top notch. Service is impeccable, food always good. But I stepped out of my comfort zone (I always get a #1) and ordered the new smokehouse bacon bbq sandwich. I went with grilled chicken and it was better than expected. I may have a new go-to this summer

Everyone is SO friendly and joyful. There was a slight line when I came but Sofia D. Was able to serve me very quickly and answerer any questions regarding the menu. I got my food within 3 minutes and it was hot and delicious. When I went up to get a refill Elizabeth H. Served me immediately! Absolutely AMAZING service over all!!!! And they never forget to say “my pleasure!”

My daughter stopped to get food for her self and her friend. We were in a hurry as were going to Cincinnati for an escape room. When she arrived at my house, she immediately hopped in my truck and we left for our appointment. She was handing the food out to everyone and noticed they forgot an 8 piece nugget. Since we did not have time to drive back to the restaurant, I called. After being hung up by an operator the first time I called back and finally spoke to someone. I explained what happened and provided a receipt number as well. She asked for my email address and contact info so someone could reach out to me. She stated that the owner would contact me. That was on 12/30 and it’s not 1/12 and I have not heard from anyone. This will not keep us from going as mistakes happen, but please do not waste my time getting my info for it to not be used. Just a reminder that no matter how good a restaurant may seem to operate, please check your order so nothing is forgotten. Apparently if you leave and it’s not in your bag, you are not getting it fixed.

He is the most kind, caring, happy, hardworking person at this Chick-fil-A. He knows all my friend’s names because they go all the time and he’ll shout their names when we walk in.

I love Chic-Fil A. Mostly for the breakfast but every single time I come to this location the biscuits are so hard and inedible. It’s frustrating because I go out of my way to get this in the mornings just for the biscuits to be garbage and I have to sit around and wait a while for them to correct it, sometimes I stupidly pull off before and I’m screwed and have to just toss it in the trash. its just annoying. Dont go during breakfast.

Stopped in to pick up lunch today. We did end up getting our usual favorites which was a spicy Chick-fil-A sandwich, waffle fries and a lemonade Frost.
Don’t forget to get the Chick-fil-A sauce to go along with it. We usually get about 4 of them.
