I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered two sandwiches and was very clear that I am allergic to cheese — I specifically said NO CHEESE. The gentleman who took my order assured me there would be no cheese.

I waited about 30 minutes for my food (and I had an event to get to), only to open both sandwiches and find cheese on them. With a food allergy, this isn’t just an inconvenience — it’s a serious health concern.

I called the store to let them know, trying to be understanding because they were busy. Instead of an apology, I was told rather rudely that she was “95% sure” she made the order herself and that there was no cheese on it. I’m not sure how I could mistake cheese when I clearly stated I’m allergic.

Because I couldn’t turn back, I had to spend more money elsewhere just to eat safely. The lack of accountability and dismissive response was honestly more upsetting than the mistake itself.

Food allergies should always be taken seriously. I hope management addresses this so it doesn’t happen to someone else.

Although sort of fountains are empty
The place is not being clean, specially around with the sodas are at is filthy garbage around and I’ve been empty
And you have to wait at least 25 minutes for your food
And on the app, it doesn’t even let your order before you get there
This place definitely needs some extra labor to help him keep up only one person in the kitchen and one person in the counter that’s never there. She helping a person in the kitchen

Management needs to do something about this location:

– Most of the drinks in the Coke Freestyle machine were empty

– The drinks that were available were mixed poorly and didn’t taste good. The other machine was out of order.

– Bathrooms were dirty and out of paper towels

– No employees are out front. Only two employees in the back, so you can’t get an issue resolved

– Chicken was out of stock

One positive: the restaurant was relatively clean and well lit

Service was terrible. When we arrived there were only a handful of people. Everyone was waiting for food. It took a very long time to get our food. By the time we left there was a line of people and everyone was waiting a very long time. The soda machines weren’t working so they only had bottled drinks and then they ran out of some of the bottle drinks like coke. So there were very few drink options available. I overheard another customer saying that they didn’t have their shakes either. It appeared that there were only two people working in the entire restaurant. One guy in the back cooking the food and one girl handing out food and helping out with the orders. She was not very friendly and seemed very unhappy to be there.

Ordering is done through kiosk touch screens which was very slow and confusing. There were only two and it slowed the entire ordering line down. This is not a cheap hamburger place and for this price there should be people taking the order. I went to this location years ago and it was fully staffed with people taking orders and providing service. Not the case anymore.

Overall nobody in the restaurant was happy with their experience.

We came here and no one was here. The ordering system is extremely confusing and we can see why. $40 for two burgers. Wow. I would think that there would be somebody behind the counter to take the order for that kind of money. What a drag we won’t be coming back.

I had the pleasure of having Jas as my waitress and she was so phenomenal. Her customer service is the absolute best I’ve had in the rosemary area. When things were hard she kept a great composure, great professionalism, and kept the customers up to date on their incoming orders. She was so kind, and so thoughtful and this is my first time going there as of today. If this is where she wants to be she truly deserves a manager position. Other than that keep being who you are Jas.

This used to be a great place to grab a burger. Then they started having issues and had to change/simplify the menu (got ride of some of the best items IMO). Stopped by today and waited 21 minutes for an instore order of 1 grilled chicken sandwich and I 5 piece chicken tenders. 21 MINUTES! It wasn’t busy. It’s unacceptable how long it takes for this “fast” food. Two items? I won’t go back. Just very poorly managed and run. Too many other options that don’t take so long. Figure it out guys or I won’t be the only one lunching elsewhere.

Not my favorite burger with it was pretty good. I tried the new yes chef burger and added mushrooms and jalapeños. It just wasn’t as juicy as I’m used to with smash burgers. I also tried the chili plus cheese fries and they were okay. It seemed a bit light on the chili and cheese. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. It’s located in a nice little center with a bunch of shops and other restaurants.

Update: I went back and tried the grilled chicken sandwich protein style. It was good but it was pretty small for a $10 sandwich.

The staff are absolutely amazing, caring, and kind. Yes, this location may have issues, but when the drink machine wasn’t working, the staff were pretty quick to take care of things with a bottle and were amazingly kind about, even with other absolutely rude customers around. The dining area is clean, bright, and a great place to hang out for a moment.
