So much fun!!! We got a gift card here and decided to go on a Sunday Funday. Our server (and the other staff) was knowledgeable and friendly and on top of it, I wish I could remember his name. We got make your own mimosas which was awesome. We got pretzel bites that were perfectly cooked. I will say Topgolf is an expensive experience but worth every penny! We will definitely be back. Also, it is warm out there with their heaters which is so nice because you can go in any weather (I even had to take my jacket and scarf off). The other customers looked like they were having a great time too and I love that each table has their own area so it’s not jam packed. Really awesome time!!!!

Really fun experience! I don’t golf at all, but it was a blast just whacking balls into the void like it mattered. The food was way too good, we destroyed the platter in minutes, and the drinks (mocktails included) were even better. Definitely coming back!

We keep coming back and I so desperately want to love it. While the welcome staff is always friendly and welcoming the servers are just not. Couldnt find our daughter in the system…. our server said… yea i dont know. Offered no help. Ended up paying the fee again. She came to our table twice…. while she had a full mouth of food. Food was delievered (expediter was great!) However we were not given napkins, or any sort of utensils. Had to ask. Service basics are just missing. Its so unfortunate because we LOVE the golfing piece and other assoicates are always fantastic!

Our experience at Topgolf was extremely disappointing. The security guard behaved in a rude, aggressive, and highly unprofessional manner. He physically pushed members of my family and inappropriately touched the women, which is unacceptable. When I attempted to address the situation calmly and respectfully, he responded with anger and used offensive language. We were aware it was closing time and were prepared to stop, but the final ball had already been released from the machine. Despite this, he forcefully took the ball from my brother and began shouting. He did not treat other guests the same way, which made the incident feel targeted and discriminatory. This encounter ruined our family’s evening. I would not recommend this location and will not return.

Topgolf was a solid experience from start to finish. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. The food was surprisingly good—fresh, quick, and better than what you’d expect from a place where the main focus is the activity. The whole setup was clean, organized, and easy to enjoy whether you’re there to actually practice or just hang out with friends and family. Overall, a great time and definitely worth going back.

Although I had previously played at Topgolf, this was our first time going to TopGolf as a family. Since I did horribly my first time, I had a little more confidence and enjoyment this time around. The venue was clean. Our server was visible and attentive. My children really loved their first experience. This led to more interest in going to Topgolf.

First time at this location and it was a good experience. It’s a good place to spend 2-3 hrs if you have a large group or have at least 5-6 people. There are different game options (most of which we did not understand 😀 ). But overall it was a good time trying out different clubs seeing experienced and inexperienced people having a good time. Food wasn’t that great, but this is not a restaurant, so I wouldn’t expect any wonders in the food section. Parking can be challenging at times. But it’s close to Costco, so you could probably park there, do some shopping and come and play 😉

Very frustrated with our experience tonight. We are visiting family from out of town and came in at about 630 for my daughters bday with it not to busy inside and we’re asked if we had a preference between 2nd and 3rd level. We had none so we said so. However once brought to our table we realized couches might work better because we had 1 little guy falling asleep. So we asked if it was possible to get a couch. The waiter was nice enough and said he would ask. But when I walked near the front desk a little later after using the restroom the lady at the front said rather rudely “were you the ones that wanted to move, that’s why I asked if you had a preference because this is just so difficult to do now”. That was her only comment not to clarify or to help but just to scold me that we did it wrong. We were moved, but once moved told we only had an hour before the place we were moved to was reserved and would need to leave. It put a major damper on the mood and we only ordered a few apps since we were worried about having enough time to eat.
It’s most frustrating because we were simply inquiring if moving was possible. A simple “yes but the bay is reserved in an hour” or “its kinda tricky to change now” would have been fine. We would have stayed where we were; it really wasn’t a big deal.
At the end of it all my daughter seemed happy so that’s what matters most but she was already sad we were out of town where her friends were and I could tell this was a disappointing birthday for her.
