The waffle fries and o-m-cheese burger were incredible. The pictures below are worth a 1000 words so look at those. The staff were quick, attentive, and friendly and had my food ready quickly. Everything about this visit was amazing and Applebees will be on my mind for future food!

We ordered takeout tonight for our son and his family. My daughter-in-law ordered boneless wings. They were overcooked and tough and she ended up throwing out half of them. My husband ordered the pretzel and dip appetizer which were burned and tough. He called and spoke with the night manager about our complaints. She said that food items are each cooked for a certain amount of time implying that they couldn’t be overcooked, but said if we bring the items back tonight (only), she could replace them. Since our kids and grandchild were visiting us, we were not about to spend time driving back to Applebees tonight to get replacements for our overcooked food. We have ordered a couple of times from this location and have been very happy with our orders. However, due to this treatment, we won’t be back. A credit on a future order would have been appreciated. A picture of the overcooked pretzels which the manager implied couldn’t have been overcooked is attached. The wings were already thrown away in the trash!

Really disappointed with this order. The wings were extremely overcooked — dry, tough, and basically inedible. I specifically asked for extra ranch and that at least came in a separate cup, but I also asked for extra sour cream and instead of getting it on the side like requested, they smothered the entire nachos in it.
Now the chips are soggy and overwhelmed, and there’s no way to even control how much you want. Between the burnt wings and ignoring simple order instructions, this was a total letdown. Not what you expect when you’re paying for takeout. Definitely won’t be rushing back.

Delicious Flavor with a Cajun Kick – A Must-Try!
I recently tried the **Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp** at Applebee’s, and I was genuinely impressed. The dish arrived sizzling on a hot skillet, which added a fun and flavorful touch to the dining experience. The blackened chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, perfectly paired with the savory grilled shrimp that had just the right amount of spice.
The garlic mashed potatoes served underneath soaked up all the delicious juices from the chicken and shrimp, making every bite incredibly satisfying. The caramelized onions and mushrooms added depth and richness to the dish, rounding it out beautifully.
What I appreciated most was the balance of bold Cajun flavors without being overly spicy. The portion size was generous, making it great value for the price.

The service has gotten so much better! I’m not sure if they are under new management but it definitely seemed like it.I came here on a Saturday and got seated by the manger pretty sure she said her name was puff she was very friendly. Also the wait time we were given was accurate we waited just that! Food was good but it always is

Went here with my family and the food and service was just not there. Our waitress hardly spoke to us and never asked if we needed anything. I got charged $1.99 more for the cheesy broccoli and all it had on it was shredded cheese that wasn’t melted or anything, just thrown on top of cold broccoli. I ordered a steak and it was probably the worst steak I’ve ever had. No flavor, dry as rubber, and left a terrible after taste in my mouth. The only decent thing we got was dessert and for our total to be $78 the food was terrible. We won’t be back to this Applebee’s.

my boyfriend and i have been coming to this restaurant for awhile now and it’s been good until recently, everything has just went down hill.. but the service we got was absolutely terrible. it seemed like our server favored other table than ours, it took him 15 minutes to get our drinks out, my boyfriend ordered a beer and the server DIDN’T ID HIM (it was his 21st birthday) i had gross floaters in my sweet tea and we got dirty silverware. my boyfriend ordered another beer which we DID NOT RECEIVE, and they put it on my tab and i wasn’t paying it so i split that off my bill on the kiosk, they made me pay for the beer that i DID NOT RECEIVE because i “walked out on the tab” why should i have to pay for nothing? that makes no sense. will not be returning ever again.

Wanted yo take my family for dinner. While we waited to get seated, the hostess was clearing off a table. The young hostess was informed not to sit my family of five at the the booth. While waiting there we inquire what happened and was inform for hostess and manager their was a 25 min wait. The place had half the restaurant open and the manager said sry but their a wait. No customer service and very nonchalant attitude. I’m in customer service myself and if our store would have done this we would have had new manager team their within the week. Just saying if you want to eat here go ahead but we won’t be going back to this Applebee’s .

I was greeted at the door by the host! Really nice service and staff. Went there recently with my mom, we got the 2 for $25 lunch deal and got the 6oz steak w/ broccoli and subbed out the mashed potatoes for the garlic green beans. Truly delicious, savored the steak!!
