Honestly if it wasn’t for the server Dylan I would give this place maybe two stars at the most. It was lunchtime our first time visiting and wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. For the price you would think you’d get better service but again Dylan was working alone and made sure everyone in the restaurant was getting served. He deserves the recognition he’s also the only reason for the good review and rating. UPDATE***** I WAS OVERCHARGED ON MY CARD THEY ADDED A NICE HEFTY TIP FOR THEMSELVES AND WHEN I TRIED CALLING TO TALK TO MANAGEMENT THEY JUST TOOK A MESSAGE IT WAS BAD ENOUGH TO EXPECT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND GET POOR SERVICE, ILLNESS FROM THE FOOD AND NOW YOU ARE STEALING FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS. This is the best experience we ever had in OKC. From the moment we walked in, the attention we received was incomparable. Luis welcomed and sat us immediately. Gabe was right there to explain the service and dining options. The gauchos never left my plate empty. They brought the best cuts and never were too far away. The marketplace has more than enough for you to make a meal. We were there for brunch and you could get omelettes and waffles if you wanted. The unique selection of fresh fruit, salads, meats and cheeses was superb. I came to carnivore out so I kept the gauchos busy. You can tell the staff and management are on their game. Join their rewards and get bonuses right away.

When I went to Oklahoma, several people recommended Fogo de Chão to me, and I had also seen many influencers speaking very highly about it. Because of that, I arrived with very high expectations.

Unfortunately, the experience I had did not match what I had heard. On the day we visited, the restaurant seemed extremely disorganized. There appeared to be only one employee responsible for both grilling and serving the meat skewers, which significantly affected the service and overall experience.

I would like to highlight one positive point: the waitress who attended us was wonderful and very kind.

However, the rest of the service was disappointing. It felt as if the restaurant was trying to limit the amount of meat being served, and the experience was far from what we expect from a Brazilian steakhouse.

As Brazilians, we visit many Brazilian steakhouses, and unfortunately this one did not live up to the expectations created by the recommendations and the publicity. It was disappointing, to say the least.

We had an amazing experience at Fogo de Chão! Isaiah was our server and his service was absolutely phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.

LE was our bartender and the drinks were chef’s kiss—perfectly made, flavorful, and so enjoyable. The level of care and hospitality from both of them truly elevated our experience.

Highly recommend asking for Isaiah and stopping by the bar for one of LE’s drinks. We’ll definitely be back! ✨

Jackie provided absolute top tier level service, and on Thanksgiving no less. We had a party of 12 the restaurant was visibly packed and we were informed well ahead of time of any drink delays, and we were offered several special requests. The meat kept coming so you have to pay attention to your card and flip it to red. I would definitely come back again.

Food was excellent but that’s to be expected from this chain.

We really appreciate Fogo de Chão being open on Thanksgiving Day. This was our second attempt at having Thanksgiving dinner at a steakhouse-style restaurant, and we’ve learned that while they excel at their core offerings, traditional Thanksgiving dishes aren’t their strong suit. The small portion of turkey they served was dry and tough to cut, and the stuffing was overly salty. They didn’t offer gravy—only an au jus that didn’t look very appealing. Other than that, everything else was great, and we still enjoyed our time there.

We had an excellent experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, Isaiah. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure our drinks stayed full, checked in at just the right times without being intrusive, and offered great recommendations from the menu.

What really stood out was his positive attitude and professionalism. He made us feel like valued guests and helped make the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about providing great service.

If you get the chance to be served by Isaiah, you’re in good hands. He truly helped make our visit a five-star experience.

Isaiah, sorry if I misspelled the name, was phenomenal. We ordered the sea bass and not only did he make sure we were aware of the timing, but also made a point to walk up to us repeatedly to keep us updated on it cooking since it was a thicker piece of fish and they wanted it to be cooked thoroughly. It came out and fell apart almost like butter it was so good! The steak cooked on the salt stone was such an experience. The salad and cutlery bar was delicious and had new things I had not tried before, along with delicious fruit. Not only did two managers check on us throughout the night but they supported their staff making sure we still had the best experience. Isaiah was so supportive of the table that when we stepped away from the table for the salad bar, we were checked to make sure everything was as perfect as it could be. We brought in a cake for our mother’s 70th birthday and we forgot a candle but they were prepared! They had such clean practices as well making sure we were finished and cleaned up before bringing the knife and candle for the cake. The silverware was polished and the glassware was spotless. I love how I didn’t feel like I had to be super dressed up either just to dine here, they were all about the best experience. Already trying to convince friends to go with for the next round.
